And HQ has it's first lead color page. Congrats ( strange that it has it before nisekoi ). And yes seems that a new hit has been found. I hope it stays this way. The volume 1 sells will be interesting

its unbeliveabel how many people vote for A.C. I mean it beat a 3mio strong mega franchise in this regard and that after a few chapters. also great for hq!! and nisekoi. the only one struggeling is momiji, which i hope will be spared somehow.

Wow, never would have believed that Matsui's new series could be that popular. It's still too early to make out a continuing trend but it sure is amazing that it managed to get first two times already O__o shows how much the japanese readers seem to crave for something out of the ordinary. Me likes~

No, it was around the chapter Zenkichi got impaled by Ibuki. It had nothing to do with Kumagawa.

I'm glad Medaka Box rose a bit and Bleach is down in the gutters.

Actually Nisekoi never had a lead color page so far..just the cover with chapter 29 and a color page.
I really hope that HQ!! will seriously have the lead color pages AND the cover and that there won't be some shitty Naruto cover..that won't be unusual..back in 2009/2010, Toriko, Beelzebub and Mago had a lot of lead color pages, but the cover was always given to Naruto or Bleach..
Toriko and Beelzebub seriously started to have covers only last year when their anime began.

This was such an excellent week. AC is doing just as well as I hoped it would, and Bleach found its way back home.

phew, I'm happy to see Medaka get out of the bottom 5, I've been worried about it for awhile =__= granted it'll probably drop down again....

It's really neat to see Ansatsu Kyoushitsu in the top ^^ I hope it continues to do well

Actually, it's the first time AC is first. Chapter 1 was second, chapter 2 went down, 3 we don't know because of color pages and before it was not ranked yet. That being said it still has been having very high ranks it's amazing.

Glad that HQ is getting color pages, with this the 3 most successful recent series have had 3 consecutive color pages (AC in issue 41, Nisekoi in #42 and HQ in #43). But like k-dom said it's strange HQ gets a Lead CP before Nisekoi , Nisekoi is older and in general has been ranking higher. Maybe they just think a lead color would be more suited to HQ? Bleach and Beelzebub could be higher. Kurogane has had some not-so-bad ranks, at this rate it migh survive. Who would have thought it when it was constantly last? Has the quality improved in recent chapters or is it just the readers? I remember it did get a bit boring, but the author was promissing.

Kurogane did get better after a new character was introduced IIRC in chapter 34 and from there the series returned to where it was before the flop, also once chapters 40+41 will get translated we will see another reason why.

looks like one character in kurogane nearly killed it. though life for mangakas to write a story with so many stone in their way at the beginning.
