I fear Big 3 will stay forever. And after that there will be the Big 3 next generation I don't think it can change now.
People likes tops, in particular when it is a top 3.
But honestly I don't see the problem in using one term or another. And since the rank and sells don't vary much from one week to the others, it's quite normal that the same discussions happen again and again.
It completely depends on how many top-tier hits Jump has. And after One Piece ends I think it's not far-fetched that Jump might lose it's top spot to some other publication like it did to Magazine for a short while. There's no way to tell.

400K for Bleach, not bad but I hope it starts breaking into 500k or higher like it used to when later volumes release. Especially with the events covered in Volume 57.

Kuroko no Basket will probably sell more volumes by the end of the month I think but I wonder if this is a one time thing event. Nice to see Reborn sell over 200K.

As always I lament the low position Bleach has this week along with Beelzebub on the TOC. I hope they both recover next week. Assassination Classroom is on a roll these past few TOC ever since it has gotten real rankings! I really need to check it out.

Sounds good to hear PSI Kusuo Saiki is doing well. That mangaka, Asou, had a couple other series that all flopped, or didn't last too long. But he kept coming back and sticking to gag manga. And this one sounded like the one he had worked on the most, having all those one-shots of it.

Tl;dr incoming.

Fist of all, there is "Big 3". Or rather there was, I'll touch on that further on. "Big 3" is referring to 3 ..................
....................

....................

tl;dr

And that brings me to why there is no more Big 3 at all. Shueisha is desperately trying to replace Bleach with some other works, such as Toriko, Kuroko and some more recent crap they launched. All with no palpable result. Those mangas may be successful in their own right, but they are no titans to Jump like OP, nardo and Bleach were. There is at best only visible Big 2 now, and they sure milking the hell from those 2.
I dont very much like naruto nowadays but calling it nardo is pretty much insulting to both fans and readers. Those other crap that you mention have their own fans as well. Please think before you say anything.

ToC looks cool to me toriko is doing well. The top spot are not being dominated just by fighting action manga alone a mix of genre. I wonder why theres no Edited Manga of psi. Its been ddoing good for a long while now. Even takagamahara and sensei bulge have groups doing them.

It's just a shorting. I, as something like a Naruto fan, use it as well. I also see others use it. Don't think it was meant to insult it in any way.

How can kuroko be underprint when volume 19 had 600k first print?

Idk you guys but im actually start to find Bleach readable again (Omg fullbring arc was the worst arc I have ever read), and I wonder, looking at the TOCs, if its was hope of reviving at least part of its lost popularity. Ofc it depends heavily of Kubo capabilities of writing a good plot, and I may be liking it now because of Genryuusai rampage:teehee, but what you guys think?

i actually enjoy for the fact, that the quincy are clearly based off nazi germany. in style or just their words. they have this superior feeling to them. also the fact that everyone else than ichigo and his group gets the attention favors my opinion about it.

@Zeromcd Can you repost the Bleach sales that you posted a while back please ? I wanna check something.

About Bleach good sales but those aren't good news. 400k after 6 days of sales is not that high even if it's still good.

Even though we don't have accurate sale numbers of volumes before 33, it is believed that volume 24 is the highest selling volume of the series as the next volume had Bleach's highest ever first printing (1.33million copies).

Bleach - Initial Printings
*,520,000|BLEACH 12
*,780,000|BLEACH 15
*,810,000|BLEACH 16
*,960,000|BLEACH 17

1,119,000|BLEACH 20
1,126,000|BLEACH 21
1,330,000|BLEACH 25
1,310,000|BLEACH 26
1,310,000|BLEACH 27
1,310,000|BLEACH 31
1,126,000|BLEACH 33
1,120,000|BLEACH 36
1,120,000|BLEACH 41
1,115,000|BLEACH 42
1,110,000|BLEACH 44
1,103,000|BLEACH 48
1,000,000|BLEACH 49
*,800,000|BLEACH 53

It is possible that volume 36 or 37 (Turn Back The Pendulum) could have the highest initial printing but I couldn't find the data for it anywhere.

Above is a little historical of jump covers and color pages since 2005 issue 1

LC = lead color
CC = central color
Cv = cover
CCv = CC + Cv
FC = LC + Cv

First lead color and first cover are the first chapters a serie had them. The numbers are wrong for series having started before 2005

There will be a oneshot in Issue #45 about Rohan Kishibe (appears in Jojo's Bizzare Adventure Part 4 ~ Diamond is Unbreakable). It will be a written by Rohan Kishibe which is apparently an anagram for Araki Hirohiko.

Jump Issue #45 will be released officially released two days earlier than usual (October 6th instead of October 8th), so expect TOC and early chapters one day ahead of schedueled time.

Haikyuu!! will be getting its own official website which will open on September 24th.

Jump Series that have their own official website
- One Piece
- Naruto
- Bleach
- Gintama
- Reborn
- Sket Dance
- Kochikame
- Haikyuu!!
:gwah

I am still a bitter that the author of Hailkyu!! last series got canceled before it even reached 50+ chapters.
-
When looking at the list you've provided its clear all the series that have their own site are Jumps long ongoing heavy hitters.Just reading the first chapters of Hailkyuu!! it's a surprise that it would receive its own dedicated site unless its to promote anime,games,etc. I assumed kuroko no basket would have its own site with how much JUMP tried to force it down its readers mouth's when it first started.
