TOHO is a distributer. Think like, Warner Bros or something in the US and they're sort of like that. If it is an anime, we still don't know who will be animating it.

Like I said, they're a distribution/production company. They're not affiliated with one animation studio, since they've also handled Bones stuff too.

Distributing is not considered being afiliated with that companies anime product? What would you call this business affiliation then? I also listed three anime studios so Im confusd where you saw me point out one studio they are affiliated with.

The animation company chosen by the magazine/editorial/whatever draws said animation, and TOHO distributes it. Does that mean they work directly with any particular studio? Not really. Just because TOHO is distributing doesn't at all indicate that it's one animation studio over another. My point is that it could be any of the studios you mentioned or it could be none of them.

That's downright disasterous, I don't want anither WT anime, they should wait at the very least another year until Fall 2016 for a decent paced long adptation or half yearly with breaks.

Why? They already have enough material for a two seasons adaptation with 24/25 episodes and if it will do well we will have another one later. Like Haikyuu!! and Kuroko.

This doesn't mean the anime will come right away.

It could be released in Summer 2016 and adapt 60/70 chapters, and then a second season in 2017.
The series has momentum, so an anime announcement now is a wise choise to keep people interested.

wouldnt spring be more likely, i dont remember summer being a launching place for high profile jump series.

It has mostly been Fall and Spring, and about having enough material, they have it right now for ~26 episodes assuming it came out right now. With padding it could be 35 episodes yet it's a story that moves very fast. Haikyuu anime started at chapter 110~ and I think that's a good starting point for MHA as well in a similar format, just imagine the awesomeness...

Note though that the announcement isn't even about the distributor, but advertisement company, Toho Ad. The probability of Toho Ad being working with its main company is high, but it isn't a must.

Yeah which is why at the very least it's 100% guaranteed to not be them. Toei is always on the production committee for their projects these days. On the note of the whole "correlation between distributors and studios" thing there is a little bit of that in some instances since Warner Japan's been known to use JC Staff for most of their projects and similarly Aniplex also uses A-1 Pictures a lot since they're partially invested in it.

When it comes to Toho though there's no real precident for guessing who'll do it since they've used a lot of different studios since moving more into the anime side of things. If I were to guess one based on who they have used in the past though, Production I.G. would seem the safest bet in the event they want it to be a long runner but it'll probably be someone else in all likelihood.
