Really? I felt like the Twins match was over all better
I feel like Twins match was maybe better compositionally but I just could not bring myself to care about it at all, it wasn't really built up at all beforehand so it just felt like a random filler match that went on for way too long and never gathered any hype.
Nekoma however has been a big hyped match-up the whole way through the series so it was really exciting to see it finally play out.
I hope there's a s4 at some point. IG's got some other series going currently that even has the same artstyle as their Haikyuu.
Twins match was boring and worse than nekoma's.
The reason was simple: You don't care about Inazaki, and that's in a spokon is a bad sign.
It doesn't help that most of the good moment in that match was Karasuno moment, in a match against a strong opponent is another sign that the match was bad: I remember Date's Spikers Wall, Oikawa's server,Ushijima's power, even the Jump float server's guy in the tsubakihara's match.
Nekoma have that moment (also , in a subjetive opinion, the match was more digestible).
, the Nekoma match was almost a slog to read since Karasuno seemed like they were nerfed to make Nekoma look better. It really only picked up in the recent chapters.
Eh? The point of the match was Nekoma surprising Karasuno because they change their gimmick (begin slow and finish strong) but slowly karasuno wake up and end up dominating the match.
It wasn't a nerf , it was something that happen in most sport,sometimes a weaker team try to do that and sometimes they win with that surprise factor.
. It's far more successful than Psyren ever dreamed to be and clearly WSJ recognizes it as a big title. I highly doubt the scandal that happened 20+ years is holding it back from getting one.
