One Piece: 89 volumes/440 million = 4.9 mil a volume
Naruto: 72 volumes/235 million = 3.3 mil a volume
Bleach: 74 volumes/120 million = 1.6 mil a volume

I think we knew where it was taking place (city in the sky) and what not but not the specifics of it being an invasion of the sky island.

I dont understand how the attack on the island will affect HeroOrganizations, unless multiple pro heroes will be there with All Might? Also how does Midoriya go there, will he get an invite?

Twin star team is working on Black Clover and Pierrot Plus will be busy with second cour of Tokyo Ghoul in Fall. Studio Pierrot will be animating Gunjou no Magmell in winter most likely so it won't be them either.

Kimetsu will be either Deen or lerche.

Can't really rule them out since we have no idea when the anime will air. Given that Neverland is confirmed for Winter 2019 I can see Kimetsu either being in the Spring or Summer by then Pierrot Plus would be free.
