They should've made Luffy a little smaller because his head is huge as hell next to those kids.

Too long to quote everything but i read everything don't worry
Same here
Eh it's actually more simple than you think. You just look at the number of cover pages, colour page and TOC placement a year after it released, and the year the anime announced and the year it airs.

To answer a part of your question, no one talks about successful pushed because there is nothing to talk about it beside the initial "push", because the series itself ride the pushed wave and establish the fan bases. There is a reason why Toriko still being brought up just a few weeks ago as a failed pushed series. The three mainstream titles you mentioned are all pushed btw.

I'll give you an example then you figure out the rest of your question okay :super?

Kuroko no Basket

(2009) First year it had 9 color pages and no cover (skip chapter 1 and 2). 12, 14,18, 24,26, 37/38, ,44,47, 50
(2010) Second year it had 8 color pages and no cover. 3, 12, 14, 21/22, ,26,, 43,46,51
(2011) Third year it had 5 color pages and no cover. 11, 28, 34,39, 43. TOC is all over the place.
(2012) Fourth year it had 5 color pages and a back cover BEFORE the anime aired. The anime aired April 2012, from now until the end of the year it received 8 more color pages and a cover, and it TOC changed - from all over the place to constant top 5/6. 3/4, 7, 12, 14, 18, 23, 28, 29, 31, 39, 41, 47, 50[/SPOILER]
(2013) Fifth year it had 10 color pages and 2.5 Cover pages. 2, 6/7 (All Colour), 13, 17, 20, 25, 35, 39, 44, 48
(2014) Sixth year it had 10 color pages and 3.5 Cover pages. 2, 3, 6/7, 12, 17, 22/23, 29, 34, 39, 40 (end)

This is just me looking at the magazine without knowledge of how Kuroko marketing campaign in Japan at the time.

Yeah, it makes sense. Does anyone have such numbers for 2017? I'm quite curious to see how it was for Cover, Lead CP and CP.

Unless you think they're going to announce something at the MHA panel the Jump panel is Sunday not Saturday.

That said, he's not an idiot nor is he naive. He's well aware of what he is doing by not just coming out himself and saying he isn't the source. He has been acting as an indirect source and has been doing so without actually confirming he is a source. That's what makes the other argument also valid.
But the thing is, he has stated before he indeed does have a source:

He even says in a video of his "If I tell you my source, I would have to kill you" said in a joking way of course. Even if he said he wasn't the direct source people would keep calling him that because (for the most part) he is a reliable source. It's a lot easier going to one guy on twitter for (early) news than going all around the internet trying to find them.

Why is there so much conflict over the concept of a source? Yonkou no doubt just knows a guy who knows a guy who gets early copies (a friend of a deliveryman or shopkeep or something like that), like most early leakers and pre-official release scan groups.

Man, I remember back in 2012, instead of studying for my masters course I had the jump line up in the back of my book and I kept a track of the ranks and cps with covers. You could tell what was being pushed and what wasn't. You just need to track these things. It's like what you mentioned. It's quite simple to know when something isn't pushed and when something is pushed real hard.

This stuff about sources is not on topic, but more importantly if I seriously can't leave this thread for a single day without it going to crap and people insulting each other then something is going to have to be done. I really don't think anyone here wants that to happen.
