- Batsu (from Takuan and Batsu)
- MC or the rabbit guy from Omagadoki Zoo (has a lot of options here)
- MC from iShoujo
- Barrage MC
- Kiruko-san
- Hi-Fi Cluster MC
- Yoakemono MC
- Some character from Stealth Symphony
- Waq Waq MC
- Shadow Lady
- Cool Shock B.T. :cheez

Unfortunate that Nintendo won't do another Jump Stars (or Bandai Namco do another Battle Stadium D.O.N) styled game.

I’d choose Jin and Sakura from Ultra Battle Satellite.

Poro from Demon Prince Poro
And
Kiruko from Shinmai Fukei Kiruko-san

One thing I'm curious about with Jump Force is if they'll have any old gag characters like Chinyuki and Luckyman in J-stars. I know it's a lot more internationally focused this time which lowers the chances but I really want there to be at least the one crazy gag guy in there.

Like the guy from Sexy Commando Gaiden or something, just someone who they can have a lot of fun making a moveset for.

Was Bobobo in J-Stars? I feel like he’s known enough for Jump Force

Can we do a fun hypothetical?

If JUMP FORCE were to include any characters from series that were axed in 50 chapters or less, who would you want
Tatsu from Red Sprite. His abilities with electricity along with his speed could result in a very fun (and original) character to use in the game.

I wonder if we'll still see Kishimoto manga this year

Gintoki? No. Pretty sure the bandai narco worker was clear on the characters they want in the game

So, there has been recently a poll about best Shonen Jump rival.

Don't know the City Hunter folk. Still, surprised to not see Seto Kaiba there.

Is City Hunter the biggest WSJ series to never be big overseas, at least in English speaking places? Excluding gag manga. It always seems like it was a huge milestone series but it doesn't seem to have any English-speaking following at all.

Even Otokojuku has a complete fan translation of the original series and ongoing ones of the sequel and spin-offs. City Hunter just seems forgotten.

I added in 'excluding gag manga' but even KochiKame gets some talk, sure people might not have read or watched it personally but people are at least aware of it and acknowledge it for being such a long running manga.

I was pleasantly surprised to see Starjun at the #30 spot but then I realized how little votes this list is. Zebra made the top 50 too. Toriko vs Starjun will always be my fav rival battle.

Muzan at the 50th spot? He's not a rival though...

How do you guys define a rival?Cause I'm looking at the list and I personally wouldn't consider some of these characters as rivals.

To me, a rival is someone who competes with the MC at the same thing. Vegeta, Bakugo, Yuno fit the bill, but I wouldn't say Sasuke is a rival since his goals are completely different than Naruto's.

I wouldn't say they have to compete towards the same thing. I think that is one definition.

But i think a rival can also be someone who represents the opposite of your ideals

Honestly this is probably the worst round of volume covers in a while. The only ones that stand out are Dr. Stone and Noah's Notes, but not for any good reasons.
