it starts Oct 5. Apparently there was supposed to be some special premiere yesterday that got cancelled due to the typhoon so the ED was probably supposed to coincide with that

Sumou just can't catch a break. That screening could have helped it but it was canceled. Its first episode airs in 4 days and interest around it is really low, limited to few circles. It also airs on the same day as Jojo and Index so it very well could be swallowed up by those.

Would it still be overshadowed by those even if they're different time slots and channels?

Unless people limit themselves to only a couple shows a day I don't think Jojo and Index would affect Zumo. Zumo Premiers Tokyo MX Friday at 11 PM. Jojo is same channel at 25:05 (1:05 AM), Index is AT-X at 11 PM but Tokyo MX at 24:30 (12:30 AM). From what I've heard AT-X is a premium cable channel so I'm not sure how much affect it has on Tokyo MX.
