Yozakura and Mitama having Vol 1 in February? Damn. Seems like the longest wait compared to the rest of 2019 newbies.

Maybe they realized how stacked their January volume schedule was and decided to move the 2 newbies to a month later release in order to give them a better chance of higher sales. Jimoto ga Japan's Kimetsu's newest volume is going to dominate the 2/4 release, with Dr. Stone, Act-Age and Yuuna all probably doing pretty well as usual. Maio Yui can expect 3k on the low end to maybe 7k if it shows some growth (unlikely to be a sales threat), and Jimoto may hit 1.5k if it's lucky. Hopefully both will do decently.

I think this also signals Yoztama duo are pretty much safe until the end of February or even March, judging by how they treated recent newbies.

S8 took the same amount of time, 5 full months until the release date.

Unless neither one of those series literally can't sell a volume, I'm pretty sure the editors are planning on ending Beast Children, Tokyo Shinobi Squad, Double Taisei ( ), and Kamio Yui before anything else. Plus, We Never Learn could end pretty soon alongside The Promised Neverland from what I keep seeing people mention. Unless WSJ decides to start ending multiple series in the same issue, they'll probably be around for a bit

S8 took the same amount of time, 5 full months until the release date.

It released volumes 1 and 2 the same day though and there's no indication these will.

[NeeNeen]

I don't know if this is the right place to post it but Jaimini's Box scanlated Ispy! it's a one-shot by Tatsuya Endo (SpyxFamily author) from 2018 in Jump SQ!

Read here!

It's pretty good. Has a lot of elements of SxF already.

I'm glad he stuck with not letting the misunderstandings last TOO long, because that would drag down the story.

[Tamil]

Yeah, that one will probably last the longest.

Then again, Arata had a lot to cover too and then it suddenly wrapped up in two chapters, so it's not impossible. (But I'm guessing Jigo is a lot more popular.)

Jigo is a lot more popular and is one of the top selling series from Jump+, the sales are also improving with each volume so I see no reason why it would be rushed. I predict an anime announcement next year even.

Honestly I can see Jigokuraku following a similar level of success as Kimetsu, in the sense that'll receive a huge backlog boost from its anime. Hopefully it will at least beat SxF once the anime arrives.

So Samurai 8 did a little better than it seemed after it dropped of the rankings, I guess. Didn't think it would do above 35k.

Chainsawman is not too far away to 100k a month, apparently. Maybe it will get there next volume.

[Mammo]

I wonder if the M+ series on hiatus will ever come back.

Are there many examples of Jump+ series starting again after six months or something?

Gunjou no Magmel went on a very long hiatus then came back and got an anime
Love Dester went on a long hiatus because the magaka got pregnant, and it came back and wrapped up after she gave birth

[Arjuna]

Spy X Family's success really brings smile on my Face.

This is one of the few manga that actually touched my heart.

[Serinox]

S8 took the same amount of time, 5 full months until the release date.

February is 6 months for Yozakura though.

S8 released two volumes to make up for it. These two won't.

A little early to be discussing this when Both Yui and Kimetsu are releasing volumes in December.

February is 6 months for Yozakura though.

It was released at the end of August, so September through January since it gets released in February.

Well, S8 has Kishimoto's name under it, I don't think they were inclined to do that for other series.

[Tamil]

Kimetsu is dominating in LN's too
