Maybe. Seems weird Sharkbait can see them in the US but I can't in Canada. I don't think we have any licensors in Canada that would grab digital manga rights that don't exist in the US.

Just doublechecked with the app and another browser and both display the exact same so who knows
what does the more details say

Also speaking of Spy x Family, the 2nd chapter pushed it to #32 which puts it ahead of 4 ongoing Weekly Shonen Jump titles (ne0;lation, Last Saiyuki, I'm From Japan, Yui Kamio) as well as both Seraph and Platinum End.

I don't see a more details option on app it says "The latest 3 chapters are viewable for this title. Please be aware that the 3rd latest chapter will be hidden when a new chapter is released"

I cant wrap my head around the ranking, how Chainsawman has outperformed certain series is just baffling (unless, of course people who read those other series are just reading elsewhere, I dont follow what the quick scan groups have picked up anymore, so perhaps chainsawman has lots of views since no one does it, but the others dont since quick scan groups do them?)

Also Naruto still being in the top 5 is like...that many people are really rereading it!?

Then again I am sitting here reading every BLeach chapter they put up each week even if I own the volumes.

out of all series (that are still running) after Jujutsu, only chainsaw man have scans, (sometimes it is before the official, sometimes it is after it)

Naruto is a daily update, and a weird quirk if you install the app fresh, it would start at chapter 1,(the Web will stay the same for everyone)

hm...

seem like a regional thing then (since some of jump chapter here in my region is kept a 6 chapters before removed)

either that, or it is a coding error (which might be possible)

Just double checked Jaimini who hasn't picked up any new Jump series since Jujitsu Kaisen and Mangastream is doing Chainsaw Man. Neither is doing ne0, Higuma, Saiyuki or Yui.

What a coincidence for the chapters to show up now. I guess I have something new to read in the morning before work for the next week or so.

Regarding Chainsawman, it's been doing pretty well with western readers since it started. It's a pretty quirky manga full of weird characters that keeps people reading.

I imagine part of it too is that it's kind of the main big new battle shounen of Manga+ (alongside Abyss Rage), plus unlike Neverland and Black Clover people can have been reading it from the start on the site and don't feel much loyalty to the scans or whatever.

The Tsubasa anime's got full eng subs out now, I don't know why Viz never bothered to put it up anywhere despite having streaming rights but oh well.

What classic WSJ series would people most like to see newly animated next? I've always wanted to get a Rokudenashi Blues anime.

I know I'm not the only one who wants a Slam Dunk anime remake from Production I.G

last known sale information?
volume 3 first week shoseki ranking should be out tomorrow

volume 2 was released on November 2 2018

Weekly Shoseki rankings
W1: 378(3 days)
W2: 456

I don't really like to calculate estimates of estimates, so eyeballing it should be around 4.5k - 4.8k copies in 10 days according to shoseki

I m afraid to look at Curtains Up Im Off sales.

If this really ends while they only do Dorothy and Oz I will weep.

You've got at least one partner for that right here, I hope for next year when Slam Dunk celebrates 30 years together with a remake of Eyeshield 21 by either David or Madhouse in 2.5 years

You know my answer, I would love to see Seikimatsu Leader Den Takeshi animated. It never got an anime to begin with & I can see it being a hit with the younger audience as it won the children's manga award. I would probably go with David Pro, Toei or Bones with Takeshi. I cant think of many wacky comedies like Takeshi, only Bobobo comes to mind so it would be refreshing to see a comedy series get a reboot rather than a sports/action series.

Kewl, I hope you start translating it again soon. I miss Takeshi.

A Kinnikuman reboot or an adaptation of the 2011 manga would be very cool.

Otoko Ippiki readaptation for people to discover this manga would be awesome. I would also be happy with Astro Kyudan, Circuit no Okami or Doberman Deka anime.

Or Rokudenashi no Blues, the only superhit with no anime.

ne0lation's biggest thing going for it is a great art (not including the poor looking Volume 1 cover), so that is not surprising. Similiar with Higuma as well.

Tsubasa anime ended with vol 25 ch 84

they didn't adapt the original manga completely

this will probably get the Jojo treatment from David

my guess is they will adapt what remains with the Youth World Cup sequel

Do you think that can be covered by an extra 52 episodes?
