The original figure came out on 5ch, so that's where I got it from. There are a few 5ch posters who subscribe to Oricon so they are able to access additional sales data in addition to the top 10 lists that Oricon put out nowadays. I think it's why there were available manga sales figures for lower selling Jump series like Gintama, Soma, WNL etc.
