I think top 9 will stay the whole year (maybe different order). Don't really see why any of them would drop or what could replace them. Kaguya is over 500K above OPM. I want to see how close the next few are.

Power creep, messy storytelling, general decline in quality. The way Nakaba seemingly resolved the curse pissed a lot of readers off, and the subsequent bait and switch regarding the ending has made most readers to feel fatigue.

What was the Hero Academia volume we commented it wasn't selling so well? Volume 22? Still these are pretty solid numbers.

I think Hero Academia can have a chance of beating Kingdom when the year ends (still seeing Kingdom ending in 2nd place). Mainly 'cause backlogs numbers, but I think manga sales are already more solid that the ''mainstream duo'' (Shingeki and OPM)

Well, kinda, yeah, though that it fails to account for digital. Haikyuu, MHA and TPN could totally be selling that many, and we just wouldn't know because we only have one half of the story.

Glad to see GoToubun breaking itself out, well deserved! The mangaka needed this after Rengoku no Karma (in my opinion was unsuitable for a shonen magazine).

Kingdom potentially beating OP would be nice, but I seriously doubt these backlogs will last that much.

Yes, but the difference in sales between the first and last volume of Kimetsu are much, much smaller and in MHA's case.

How did the last volume of Kimetsu sell? Either way I don't think we should be expecting it to do 500k let alone 600k.

highest known single volume sales,

KNY best selling volume on oricon is Vol.1 at 330k,

while yes, they are still selling so it will continue rising for a while, what a Volume can do within a month should be estimated well below that
