I usually read Jujutsu main reason of being irrelevant is West is that is only one year old, but for example, Dr.Stone, WNL and even RxL were already known after just 3 months of serialization. Similar stuff for Neverland, Hero Academia, Yuuna-san and now Chainsawman.I don't really know, but in any case, it's a bigger thing now that it was before. 4chan fan-translations are a tier below established Edited Manga groups imo. It's not the same as appearing in Mangastream with mha, tpn, op, 7ds and basically every manga that's popular in the west.
Jujutsu is barely year old anyway. Things need time to catch on overseas, unless there's reason for the west to care from the beginning (i.e Kishimoto). Chainsaw-man is more an exception than the rule, but even then, doesn't the author have a pretty decent following online? Plus Fire Punch was licensed in a bunch of places, right?
Only titles I saw that haven't become popular after an entire year have been Jujutsu (continues being irrelevant, nobody in 4chan for example cares about it), Act-age (which has started being popular, unlike Jujutsu), Black Clover (which had already following starting in the Capital Invasion Arc if I recall), and Kimetsu (which had already its legion of fans in 4chan at least in 2017 already).
