No need to shut down anything, just change the release date of the printed magazine version. The online version would come out on mondays/sundays like always, but the printed magazine version comes out 4 days later on fridays. This way the online version would already be available before the stores even get their copies. And fan Edited Mangas would be pointless, because nobody would read a a fanscan version 5 days after the official version is already out.
Pretty much this. I would just release the chapters as soon as they're done, really. Editing a whole chapter only takes 24-48 hours anyways,

Would make sense, I felt like the anime went on hiatus because the manga did but now that it’s back, the anime train can start rolling again. Hopefully, WT can use this opportunity to make its anime seasonal.
