Seeing Yozakura place below current back of the magazine place holder Samurai 8 in the ToC is somewhat disheartening, but I would like to point out; even though no one likes to hear about Amazon sales analytics, the first volume of Yozakura has been listed as "currently unavailable" on Amazon for 2-ish days now. Whether or not that means there was some problem with something and they needed people to be unable to buy it for some reason, or if it has already sold out the stock Amazon received, we'll just have to wait and see. Just thought it might be interesting to point out.

I hope the color page for Mitama really stands out in a good way. I'm super thrilled that it's getting another CP finally, and with the events that transpired at the end of the previous chapter, the color page could end up being pretty intense. If done well, this CP at the turning point of the current arc could be huge for the series.

unavailable is an eh thing...

it happened a while ago with CSM/JJK (forgot which volume), but no stock issue happened afterwards on amazon, (also some other series, but can't remember)

while the series that practically went out of stock immediately after release was always available for pre-order before hand

I really doubt that Mitama Secureity it's in any danger tbh, the overall reception seems to be pretty decent, it just doesn't emanate any danger vibe.

It'd be really funny if our first new hit of the decade is Miitama Security. After all this talk about gag/comedy manga, seeing one do well would be pretty neat. If it ends up being surviving this battle royale of seven manga, I'll be impressed. Happy for the fans, now that it has a color page! I'll get around to it sometime.

Mitama having a CP atleast show us that Jump has more faith in it for atleast some weeks/months more now, which Im really happy about it. Now we just need to wait to see how it performs the 1rst volume.

The gag race will be fun considering we have 3 series now and who knows if there will be a new one on this batch.

In all likelihood we're getting two. Unluck Undead seems to be one, and MASHLE is from a gag mangaka as well.

I don't really get straight gag manga vibes from Undead Unluck as much as I do "action manga with comedic elements" vibes.

Like, you wouldn't call Chainsaw Man a gag manga, so I feel there's a chance you're pre-emptively shoving the wrong label onto Undead Unluck here.

Oh ok. I know it doesn't exactly reflect the readers' opinion and stuff but even so, would've expected it pretty high up considering they are actively pushing it now with an anime coming soon. It being so low just seems...strange?

Its nothing unusual, JJK has always been a series that goes up or down all the time. And yes, Gojou is one of the most populars characters of the series. Nothing to worry.

There's just a lot of really successful series running in the magazine right now, and three series that are too new to be at the bottom. JJK will probably slide back up the TOC as the newcomers slide down.
