Huh. First time I'm seeing someone else other than Deku in the preview. Is this the first time, though? Not that I wasn't expecting it, since Hawks warrants the popularity.

Also let's do that thing again where we rank all the current series we're reading based on our current enjoyment of the series (not appreciation for the series overall).
But with a twist. We include anything that releases on Manga+

For me;
Chainsaw Man. Easily now my favorite series to ever run in Jump. Sorry HxH. Fujimoto is a nut.

Mashle- Absolutely adoring this. Beelzebub esque tone/genre versatility with a Harry Potter/ONE twist. Really it seems to be doing well so far with overall reception. I'd like to see this stick around for a long time.

Agravity Boys- Really love the setting, find the characters endearing, and the comedy really clicks with me as well. Hope this becomes our new Gintama.

Spy x Family- Like a more grounded Beelzebub. Really loving it and the characters.

Dragon Ball Super- Moro arc is great. First time the series has actually felt like Dragon Ball for me.

Black Clover- I used to be probably the biggest poster of Black Clover criticism on the forum. Who would have thought it would become one of my favorite series running the magazine right now? Regardless, Tabata really improved over the years and I find the series so charming, hot blooded, and fun now. Not to mention Tabata's incredible art.

World Trigger- So glad this is back and this current battle is great.

Jujutsu Kaisen- I honestly haven't been loving this arc as much as I was hoping I would going in. Despite that, it's still been pretty enjoyable.

Kimetsu no Yaiba- This final battle felt like it dragged on forever and ever. Definitely felt as exhausting to read as it was for the characters to fight. However it wasn't all bad, there were a couple of real stand-out parts of the fight.

One Piece- This flashback sucked. Thankfully we're back to the present now.

My Hero Academia- I should care about what's going on right now but I honestly haven't cared about anything since the All-Might vs One-For All Fight. What happened Horikoshi?

The Promised Neverland- This series got really really bad after Goldy Pond and refuses to end.

Guardian of the Witch- I had some hopes for the series after the first chapter, but man this is so bland and broken.

Undead x Unluck- Trash.

Yozakura Family- Boring trash.

Currently catching up with Act-Age (had read up to the end of the Galactic Railroad arc but then put it on hold and hadn't picked it back up till now) but it'll probably be near the top once I'm caught up. Loving it a lot.
Interesting how people on this forum think that TPN's final arc is dragging when the common opinion outside seems that it's too rushed, lol.

Personally, while I think the series hasn't been quite as good post-Goldy Pond, the final arc hasn't been as terrible as people are making it out to be. It's been delivering on setups and themes that have been there since chapter one, and has had some really solid moments. For me, the flow of the arc feels kind of haphazard (especially in the second half).

While I'm ranting about TPN, might as well talk about everything else I read, lol (only WSJ though, because my love of Jump+ is too strong and I don't have enough time to write about all the great series on there in depth):
ACT-AGE - I've been following this series since Chapter 1, and it makes me so happy to see how far it's come! It's been good since the beginning, but ever since the Galactic Railroad Arc (over 70 chapters ago), it's been especially phenomenal!

Chainsaw Man - Fujimoto's been one of my favorite authors since Fire Punch and it makes me so happy to see him flourishing in Jump while refining his technique! This series is my favorite weekly read!

Haikyu!! - Caught up recently and love how bold the developments are in this final arc.

Dr. STONE - Pure fun every week! I think that now, the series has settled into a type of science-experiment-of-the week that really works for it.

The Promised Neverland - Refer to opinions above.

Black Clover - Tabata is very good at making shorter chapters feel thrilling and satisfying. He seems to be having some bad health problems so I hope he can get some much needed rest. Otherwise, I'm very interested in this new saga he's been setting up!

We Never Learn - I really like Tsutsui's art and writing, but I'm not completely sold on this multiple endings thing. Uruka's arc was great, but Ogata's has been really weak so far (as expected of worst girl, lol). Can't wait for Fumino's arc though!

Mashle: Magic and Muscles - I've been enjoying this much more than expected, it's my favorite out of the most recent debuts! As someone who grew up reading Harry Potter, I appreciate the parody, lol. I'm also impressed with how smoothly the narrative's been flowing so far.

My Hero Academia - I don't think it's bad, in fact, it's quite good in a lot of areas, but it does absolutely nothing for me. The more I read it, the more I get tired of it, and that makes me sad because there's a lot in it that I like conceptually.

Mitama Security: Spirit Busters - The comedy has really grown on me, I enjoy reading it every week!

Mission: Yozakura Family - My enjoyment of this series has basically been a parabola, lol. Started out strong, got kind of weak, and has gotten a lot better for me recently.

Jujutsu Kaisen - It's good, that's all I really have to say about it, lol. This current arc has kind of been overstaying it's welcome though.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - I used to really like this series, but now it's just average to me. Besides the kind of terrible final battle, I've found that the more I think about the whole story and events, the less I end of liking it. Gotouge is a really good writer, but I think there's a lot of missed opportunity in the story.

Undead Unluck - I like the stuff the author has been doing, in concept, but the sexual assault shenanigans is a deal-breaker for me.

AGRAVITY BOYS > Guardian of the Witch > ZIPMAN!! - Bland. Don't really have anything to say about them.

Besides that, I don't read Yuuna, and am currently catching up on One Piece. I'm WAY behind, but I really liked the Water 7 Arc if that matters, lol.

Wonder if Kaku will make the jump (heh) to the main publication as well once Jigokuraku is completed. He's absolutely earned the ability to find his way onto the main stage
Now that's something I want to see. Depends on how much longer Jigokuraku may end up being though.

That would be really cool, but I always viewed Young Jump as his next home. His current publishing schedule for Jigokuraku is basically the same as the average Young Jump series, lol.

Given his interview with Miura (I still don’t exactly know how he landed that), I’m kinda hoping for Young Animal (semimonthly).

But yeah, expecting him to go with WYJ or follow Fujimoto’s path.

Well, only about stuff I'm caught up. It's ordered basically by the criteria "how excited I am to read the next chapter".

One Piece - It's One Piece, that would already give it first place. But really, I loved the flashback and I am actually really, really enjoying Wano.

Ao no Flag - My favorite Jump+ series by far, and although the last chapter disappointed me a little bit, that doesn't make it drop any positions. Everything it did is remarkable.

Chainsawman - Fujimoto's going ALL OUT recently, that's impressive.

Spy x Family - Basically never a low point with this series.

Neverland - I don't understand why the consensus on this series dropped so much.

Dr Stone - I'm so hyped for this current arc.

Mitama - Favorite gag series by far.

Act-Age - The current arc had its low points for me, but I really enjoy the characters, and I'm still invested in the series.

Boku no Hero Academia - Not the biggest fan of the series, but it's in a good moment recently. Not amazing for me, but pretty enjoyable.

Kimetsu no Yaiba - I though this fight and the previous one were bad, but the rest of the arc was pretty cool.

Haikyuu - I am consistently disappointed in the series for a while now. Which is sad, because I loved like 200 chapters and eventually the series gets amazing again and reminds me of when I really loved it. But overall, it's being pretty meh for me.

Guardian of the Witch - meh

Mashle - meh

Black Clover - I actually really disliked the Elf arc and what the series did next didn't manage to regain my interest.

Yuuna - Yuuna is kinda enjoyable when it's being episodic hijinks, but I hate is when it decides to become a more action-y series.

WNL - I said I've hated the idea of routes then and I still hate it now.

I feel like my opinion differs from the consensus here in a few places, kinda interesting.

I feel like the latest CSM chapters are doing too much of the 'lol, look how random xD' shtick, CSM loves to do. And i always loved CSM for it but it was also dosed in a good way prior to this arc. If you do too much of it, the story loses coherence and it all just comes together in a bad way. I am still enjoying the ride. Just slightly disappointed from the 2-3 chapters.
This is what I was talking about, "too experimental for normie" xd

As for where Kaku should go, I can see him going to YJ/YA. WSJ is definitely an option as Fujimoto is there. I'm confident he'll find success in either choices.

Kaku is a big fan of Berserk and Miura was reading Jigo (safe to say he enjoyed it enough that he accepted the interview)

Well, what a week !
KnY was really great and heartbreaking !
MhA was clearly great to and really emotional.
UxU continues its wild ride, cool to see a newbie starting this strongly, we'll wait for the sales, but I really hope this one survives.
Chainsawman was cool, and the design... Whoa !
Yozakura was fine but not much to say about it.
Mitama was fun, its elarging its casting I guess.
GoTW is ok

Knew that Kaku was a fan, but must’ve forgot Miura read Jigo, which makes sense why he agreed to the interview.

On the one hand, I’d love YA so he would be in a more obscure magazine and also have a little more time for the art. But then I want him to get more recognition and people reading him, so either of the weekly Jumps would be the way to go.

I love how most of the people in UxU are half-sociopaths and not even ashamed of it.

Dr Stone was both funny and touching. I kind of like the ambiguity.

Zipman was touching too. Could have done with a bit more explanation, but still not a bad (emotional) finale. I feel like the mangaka learnt from this, the character writing got better since the beginning of the series.

MHA hurt.

WNL keeps going further back in time to retcon everything. I'm guessing this multiple endings thing was a last minute decision that the story wasn't designed for.

Haikyu is hit and miss for me nowadays. Sometimes it has nice atmosphere and tension, sometimes I'm just wondering who half of these people are again. I liked it a lot better when it was one team against the rest.

BC got more interesting with the new match-up.

Yozakura made me laugh. Feels like it's finally growing into its role as an action comedy.

Mashle was good, too. Funny, charming, and with a hint of plot at the end. It might make it yet.

AgrB makes me think humanity might've been better off extinct.

Mitama took the "here are some fan drawings from readers" bonus page and turned it into a chapter instead.

GotW sucks at drawing fast action scenes. Combined with all its other shortcomings, I'm afraid this might be the final nail in the coffin.

Kidd are you alright?
These previews have a good tendency of showing how rough is Oda drawing sometimes, the funny thing is the person that edited the page look at Kidd and thought "Yep, this looks good, preview page is done!" kkkkk

I actually like Oda's rough sketches quite a bit.

There's a large amount of character he includes in even the model sketches that communicates the personality and intent in many of his creations.

For me MHA is the only series I’m enjoy enough to read on a week to week basic. Currently I think it’s in its best arc in a long time though.

But other than that

Spy X family is probably my second favorite in the magazine.

I’m not caught up with anything else at the moment. But to order my favorites

Dr. Stone, Demon Slayer, and Yozakura,

What's a blunder! The German lines in the last Chainsaw Man chapter were supposed to be translated, but some editor fuck up leave them untranslated.
Thus, unless you speak German, the quickest way to understand those lines is to read speadscan :XD
