I gave in and checked out the spoiler because of all these comments and I don't see the problem here. It's portrayed it in a very mature way.
Fujimoto could've gone a completely different route and a lot more ecchi than that but he clearly chose not to because that clearly wasn't his aim with those panels.
Demon Slayer will most likely end the year of 2021 in first place again and for the third year in a row. That would be totally incredible and unpublished, since his manga ended in May 2020.

Would there be any volume releasing next year or would they all release this year?
I think calling KNY topping next year as well will be hard especially if it only has 1 volume releasing. It'll definitely be a contender for sure. If it has 2 volumes releasing next year, that will definitely change things.
How would you rank the villains of current Shonen Jump? (Not counting Kimetsu since it already ended)
For me:
1. Shigaraki
2. The Jujutsu Kaisen villains (aka Mahito, Getou and his gang)
3. Black Clover Dark Triad
4. Beast Pirates
5. Mashle Slytherin
6. The Chainsawman villains (ranking them so low because they don't have enough weight)
7. The Yozakura Family new villain (if he sticks and doesn't become minor character number 482)
8. Ratri (Neverland)
Still not counting Dr.Stone new characters because we don't know enough of them. If they turn to be really antagonists, they would jump to place 5. I'd put the previous Dr.Stone in place 7, at the level of Ratri. And if we want to count Kimetsu, I'd put Muzan on 3.
I still don't have clear if count Victor in UndeadxUnluck

1) Yoshihiro Togashi (Hunter x Hunter)
2) Mahito (jujutsu kaisen)
3) Dark triad (Black clover)
4) Kuroyuki (Yozakura Family)
5) Boku no hero academia villains

It will only have one last volume next year. But the reason that I think that it can reach the first place again is that apart from missing a volume it will already belong to the year 2021, it will surely continue to sell the other volumes. It will not go from selling a lot to not selling anything in a year. And all that, add the boost of the movie.
And that's not counting if at the end of the film they don't announce a second season for 2021.

Volume 23 releases right at the beginning of the next oricon year (december), and they'll probably release a spinoff volume with rengoku and giyuu's gaiden. Maybe more than that. Still, it placing first in the full year chart doesn't seem likely to me, but by now I've learned not to bet against it.

The fact that demon slayer movie is coming October this year (if it doesn’t get delayed), it has a game coming out next year, the next season of demon slayer is probably coming next year and that will for sure cause a lot of hype, and the fact that demon slayer is basically about to become a multimedia franchise due to it’s popularity makes it a strong possibility.

They could do short chapters for all 9 pillars and put it into 3 volumes, just a random thought
Also, I started reading Psyren (10chapters right now). Very nice beginning. The setup for the "death game" plot, introduction of the characters and the mysteries were all nicely done

Slightly off topic, but I feel like whenever we finally do get an Act-Age announcement it’ll be an unexpected big studio like Ufotable was for KnY. Like KyoAni(once’s they’ve recovered and get back to work) or something like that. A studio that will take its popularity next level, though not necessarily saying it’ll get the same level boost.

1. Shigaraki- he went from being a one dimensional edge lord villain to being one of the most frightening, tragic, calculating, and amazing villains in jump
2.
Makima- is still a lot of mystery with her I feel like that is the thing that makes her so compelling and scary. She is extremely op and mysterious to the point where depending on where she goes she may be number 1. Who knows, she may not even be a villain...
3. Mahito and friends- These are villains are both fun and scary at the same time. These type of villains are my favorite in battle shonen and I really like how they don’t seem way to op for our heroes yet will still be a challenge to defeat (not fully caught up yet so my review may change).
4. Slytherin- This is how you make a action comedy villain. It’s so funny how pathetic and weird he is yet he does have some tension with him that makes me take the fight some what serious.
5. Isabella- I know that TPN is getting a lot of flak right now (well deserved for its last few chapters) which is why iIsabella is low on the list due to her death being rushed and her relationships with the kids not being expanded on. That said, I don’t feel her later depiction has affected how i seen her after I finished the first 37 chapters and how well written she is. She feels more like someone who is trying to survive than a straight up monster which I tend to like with villains. Just wish she was handled better in the latter half.

I call shotgun for the rights to announce the anime for any new WSJ series that gets remotely popular (this obviously includes Mashle, UxU, Time Paradox and any new series that will pop up in WSJ but not announced yet).
Hopefully my name will get featured by such sites then. Ahhh, sweet exposure and likes.

Why? Movie boost? Final volume boost? Sure, those are not guaranteed boosts but they seem quite possible imo, at least one of them. The movie boost can carry forward to 2021 Oricon since its near the y/e for 2020 oricon.
I think it's also likely for KnY to retain its #1 position in the franchise list for 2021. Off topic but I've seen the figures for the pillars and they look amazing, especially Rengoku.
I'm curious to see how Kimetsu does in merch sales.
