Feels a bit rushed to Yuuna ending literally in this chapter, the important announcement was just the 2 OVA or there's more? Well, it was a fantastic ride for a bit over 4 years and i really wish for a sequel/spinoff in a more mature magazine, but for now, goodby Yuuna and Miura.

Neverland is totally ending next week, but the toc is kinda weird, Mashle too low and is really hard to understand what is going on with Mitama.

Yuuna, TPN, and Kimetsu all ending withing 5 issues of each other is not something I would've predicted at the start of the year. I wouldn't have minded if Yuuna went on a little more but given everything in this arc it makes sense. So with TPN, Yuuna, we only need to axe two more for this next batch. Guardian feels like a given, but that last axe is a little more ambiguous. No BTW yet either is kinda surprising, so we may be looking at another batch, or at least another axe by the end of the summer.

I personally disagree. Posuka and Shirai apparently work really well together, it would be cool to see what other kinds of stories they can create! Having another reoccurring duo like Ohba and Obata would be nice.

Also, Shirai is, and always has been a good writer despite the shortcomings of this final arc, pls don't @ me.

I think Shirai is a good writer. He just didn’t stick the landing, as we see with a lot of Shonen writers.

Personally I think the vast majority of Shonen series tend to have a lackluster final arc

Nak finally learns and promotes the Undead Volume 2 release with a color page. Are we finally in the cool kids club lads?

Just realized that all of the successful 2016 series are ending in the same year and in a short span of time to boot. Thank you for your patronage friends.

I suspect that Miura would have liked to go longer, but they wanted him to wrap up the series so they could swap out Yuragi for Yabuki's new series without one cannibalizing the other. As such Miura implemented the plans he had for wrapping up the series. I wonder what they'll use to fill out volume 24 seeing as chapter 209 would only be 4 chapters into it. They do still have that Jump Giga omake planned, but I'm skeptical that'd fill enough space.

Someone asked it elsewhere but does anyone here know what exactly Yu Yu Hakusho means, as a title?

I can guess at stuff based on kanji and I can tell it has a few different meanings, but have we ever had an official explanation?

Viz has this among other notes at the end of Vol. 1:

"YuYu Hakusho is a pun in two words: YuYu, meaning 'playful ghost' or 'poltergeist,' and Hakusho, literally meaning 'white paper.' A 'white paper' is a term for an official report, usually a government report on important issues. (In this case, we can safely say it's tongue-in-cheek.)"

The two translations they give are "Ghost Files" and "Poltergeist Report".

In the other aspects, still no spokon (I wonder what plans do they have for Haikyuu when current game ends), and we already have the romcom/echii spot from Yuuna (and maybe WNL) filled with Yabuki.

I'm starting to get scared about Nak fixtation with gags. We already have 4-5 gags (3 from this year and Mitama which hasn't lasted one year. We could say we have 5 gags since Bone's Collection is being more a gag than an action series). Why add 2-3 more? Why not starting to search spokons in case Haikyuu ends? What's Nak endgame? 10 gags-10 not-gag manga?
