It's not true that it means that WSJ knew about it. Simply, it could be that the author had other inappropriates behaviour and WSJ decided to drive him away from those events.

This is the worst news to wake up to. After most of us listing Act-Age as one of our favourites of the magazine, this shit happens. My heart goes out to the victims who had to experience this and to Shiro Usazaki. Whether she can continue the manga on her own or gets another shot, I'll support the hell out of her work forever. She's a fantastic artist and only in her early 20s, younger than many of us here.

Those cases are very different. Watsuki as far as we know didn't do anything to another person and he got fined by the police. This here is straight up abuse and Shueisha is already acting, much like he was arrested.

Act-Age is done. Idk when, but it's going to be cancelled.

Situation in Jump is pretty delicate. I mean, when We Never Learn ends in next months, Mission of Yozakura Family would become the 6th oldest Jump series.
