In fairness about the Pudding thing, it was and is pretty common to see age gaps (16 and 21) like that in Japan, especially when Oda grew up. Same reason why Sailor Moon has Usagi end up with a university student at 14 (and in the manga lose her virginity to him).
Who?
*googles*
Oh right right right, that family arc. Yeah, guess he was serious but we still gotta wait till OP ends before the knot gets finally tied between those two, if at all.
Good chance for undead vol 3 to hit 30k first week? 50k would be expectation if 1 and 2 backlog keep selling, but Mashle hasn't hit 50k yet so I wouldn't count on it

Going from 20k in a month to 30k in a week seems a bit too much, it's a minor boost, isn't like it will make Undead sales skyrocket but i think reaching in 2 weeks is very plausible or even bound to happen
What kind of perverted gag? Sanji never groped any women. He is just weak to them which is of course the running gag with him getting nosebleeds and stuff when he sees them (now if you find that funny is a different case). But he never disrespected a women in the series, its rather the opposite.
If there is one thing you can see from the whole Act Age fiasco, then that you can never really predict which person can turn out to be a sexual predator. Act Age had no fan service and the female characters were the best written in Jump. And it still turned out that the author groped young girls.
Yeah! Unlike Master roshi and Mineta, Sanji never groped a women in his life. Even when Mermaids did touch or hug him, Sanji refused to touched not even a single finger.
Sanji perviness is very different that's why I see some female fans are cool with that.
^ It's nuts how fast this goes. That was the magazine from last week, and already three of the series on the cover are no longer there.
Bye bye Bone Collection. You had some good funny moments, but you tried to be too many things at once. I'm actually going to miss this series (though the last chapter didn't do much for me). I even liked the drawing style, it could do with some corrections but it was unique.
I also regret the fate of Time Paradox. It made the same mistakes as Guardian of the Witch: strong & intriguing first chapter, then not enough happening and no clear direction in the next chapters. I still think things could have gone very differently if the MC had confessed his mistake and the story had been about him and the girl working out a solution together, but alas. As it stands, he chose to cheat his way through life till the very end, which is neither very honorable (good intentions can only excuse so much) nor memorable. The only thing I really liked about this chapter was his tiny good deed at the end, showing that he still has some humanity left after spending decades in isolation. That and the drawings, which are downright impressive all the way through.
Burn the Witch on the other hand is something I won't miss. I can't stand any of the characters, except for the poor dolt everyone is trying to kill for no fault of his own, and whereas the one-shot at least had some strong emotional moments and original concepts, this chapter only serves to make me remember how poignant some of early Bleach was.
(The BTW premise strongly reminds me of Kon's origin story chapter in Bleach, which I love. But instead of being saved by Rukia and Ichigo, this doomed soul gets 'help' from two unempathic selfish brats who are only in it for the money/fame, which changes the message from "All life is precious" to "Don't bother saving innocent people unless it helps your career." Which I don't love.)
(Also, isn't this confusing for people who never read the one-shot? They do re-introduce the world and such, but you are still missing a whole lot of backstory, which is kind of essential to understanding Balgo's situation.)
Oh well, it's only four chapters anyway. I wonder if they'll be starting another series after that...

It was literally announced that this is a continuation of the one-shot story.
Like, the very next day storywise. One-shot is the first thing to read and these are following that. It's why they released the one-shot for free to read when this serialization was announced.
It'd be a waste of time and space to just include all that information into this chapter.

But they didn't release the one-shot. That's exactly my point. They just went and posted the first chapter on M+, without the story that led up to it being available anywhere.
(From what you said, I'm guessing it's on the Viz website, but that only makes it accessible to a handful of English-speaking countries and M+ is meant for an international audience, so that doesn't count.)
Also, the one-shot was published two years ago, so there's probably a bunch of people reading WSJ now (in Japan) who weren't reading it back then. Did they publish it online there? Or where people just supposed to read a summary or something?

They re-published Burn The Witch on Jump+ for free when the Bleach Anniversary Projects (including the BtW movie and manga) were announced and it is still online and free to read there: https://shonenjumpplus.com/episode/13933686331609761272
I’ll be honest. Ever since Samurai 8 left, I haven’t cared about anything in the magazine. I’ve been less keen on One Piece since Punk Hazard, and the Wano arc is kind of testing my patience, so with that, I have literally nothing I like in Jump right now. Though, Chainsaw Man looks kinda cool. What’re opinions on it? I usually don’t let other people decide what I get into or not, but I’m in a desperate situation right now.

Is Chainsaw Man the only thing in Jump rn you haven't tried? It genuinely is brilliant, maybe Jump's best series period.
However, Jump also has Mashle andUndead x Unluck which are showing clear growth and both are quality series (despite UxU having a controversial start).
Jujutsu Kaisen has been running a few years now, but it'll probably blow up with its anime later this year. It's also a really cool series.
Regardless you can simply read the first 3 chapters of all series for free on manga+. Wouldn't hurt and that way you can see for yourself if they seem up your Alley.

Depend on what you like, if you prefer action mangas so i guess Undead Unluck and Chainsaw Man that still under 100 chapters and isn't really that text heavy. If you like mix of comedy and action i would say Mashle and Yozakura, Cop and Dolphin is also a mix of comedy with action. If you like more pure comedy so Moriking, Roboco (pure gag), Agravity Boys and Magu-chan, also Ayakashi Triangle if you enjoy romance and ecchi with supernatural stuff.
