The LCP give that dramatic/cinematic and joyful expressions. Alot of emotions in 1 picture, mangakas that does piano theme always know how to convey, it's beautiful. Also the backstory is quite actually interesting because the story KEEPS the tragic experience without it Just being a backstory. (bit similair like naruto) for the mc to keep being motivated what he does While being an "underdog". After mashle, I'm finally interested in an new jump series that's hopefully not gonna get axed. PLEASE SURVIVE 6P's

Gonna be completely honest. I absolute love the artstyle. Probably it is too quirky for Jump audience and it can be axed quickly or something but definitely giving a chance anyway.

But the series is about piano/music, it wouldn't make sense for the mc just say "fine, i'll do something else that isn't music", think something similar to Kuroko no Basket and the Generation of Miracles where everybody had amazing/genius basket abilities but Kuroko was the "most normal" and had to compete against the others, is probably going to be similar

Kuroko wasn't normal. He was trash at the basics but excelled in one particular skill (just like the generation of miracles except for one who was basically just good at everything) So maybe P6 will have something similar to that. The brothers will be sick and then the mc will be good at this one thing that no one else can do and he perfects it.

PPPPPP's first chapter was kinda weird, felt really repetitive, with too much narration and it just... ends in an abrupt way? Feels like it's missing a couple more pages
Though I really liked the art, you can see Mapollo got to adapt his style to a more "mainstream" one without losing its unique flavor

The paneling of 6P made me feel almost dizzy at the end of chapter. Can't say I really disliked it, but... I don't know, it felt weird overall. It seems rather doubtful a series like this can survive in Jump, but it would cool to see it succeed, if just for the sake of diversity among the titles.

YGO poll seems like, the series just became less popular with age. oldest is most popular followed by the newer ones declining until sevens...wonder what sevens has.

Mashle, I feel writing and dialogue is the writers weakest thing and perhaps thats why they were like the series is at some advanced point in its lifetime. There's been numerous moments they could have made arcs and inter arc moments for longer. like we didnt need to RUSH into the triatheloton final exam.

Also, I think Undead Unlock is also in some advanced point in its lifetime too. Perhaps both will be concluded before chapter 150 (which is double their current length)

I found this first chapter of PPPPPP very weak, most of it was just the MC explaining his own backstory.

Honestly felt more like a prologue to the first chapter than a big intro that's meant to draw you in, as if it only really had enough content to fill half the pages but stretched it out by repeating the monologues so it could end on the audition. I can't say I'm very impressed with it.

Perhaps it's just getting the slow bits out of the way and the real hook will be next week, but I don't have much hopes right now.

If anything it makes me miss Act-age, it had a somewhat similar intro but done much better.

PPPPPP has had a surprisingly good chapter. It has reminded me to Act-age in a lot of stuff. I still think it will be axed but let's see how it does.

My Hero Academia has had one of the best chapters of the entire series, and clearly for me the best chapter of this Jump week. Very beautiful and touching chapter.

omg I love P^6. I'm weak to cinderella stories and Im all for this, Lucky is gonna be great.

I do wish we didnt have the terminally sick mom though, I havent seen any evidence that says that a mom is even at an increased higher risk of death from having more than one child at a time.
