Heiji you know how to make an end to a discussion :p

So it is 27, nice to see how close they are.

Do you have some current volume sales by accident?

Yeah.... i can almost feel the glee of those who've wanted me down from my sket loving pedestal....

on the other hand NISIOISIN and Akatsuki Akira? Dream team! might well make AA do something that isn't a huge flop (m&y) or a bit too 'eh....' for the Edited Manga crowd (little brace).

of course for those who don't know AA for those.... then... AA also helped out with d gray man on a few occasions

Kuroko gets rated in issue 9 right? Looks like Meister and Kuroko are destined for mid tier? Although the new Meister chapter introduced WAY too many characters.

I was about to say a good week for Psyren...but then I realized that it's the first anniversary so no rank this week. Oh well. I just wish that somehow Mago would get out of it's slump...but hey, Akira Akatsuki returning may not be too bad.

no laughing with sket dance at all. It's doing good lately. I am certainly going to pick up that refreshing manga when I find some time

but mago :( well anyway current fight isn't rated yet. 100% sure it'll give a boost

My thoughts exactly. If it doesn't get a boost in a few weeks (whenever these past 3-4 chapters are ranked) then I'll start to get worried. Don't die on me Mago :darn.

Oh how Sket came crashing down. It's kind of sad to see after improved sales for volume six. Mago is starting to strike me as the next D. Gray Man, a series with a bigger following in the book stores then the magazine. Mago still has a ways to go to equal D. Gray Man. The NisiOisiN one shot is a must read, I could care less who the artist is.

What did Akira Akatsuki do?

I am starting to think that the World Cup arc of Eyeshield will go quicker than previously expected. Technically there are only three games left in the series as long as it ends with this cup (Millitaria, Germany/France and the USA). Maybe the series will free up some space sooner rather than later. I say this due to the quick pace of the Russia game (A chapter or two). The Millitaria game seems like it might take a similar formula. There were no real players being hyped up. Hopefully this means good things for new series. =P

It's kind of sad Mago is collapsing right before it's one year. I think it will at least make it that far. It's doing better than Psyren had been at this point. It also have sales going for it too. If Psyren lived this long, Mago can too.

Well, that didn't last long for Sket ._.

Did the arc finished or what?

Don't worry about Mago, it'll most likely hit the 1 year or more if it keeps up the volume sells. Unless Jump decides to pull another Double Arts; LoL.

Mago and Sket keep making big gains in sales; volume 3 effectively doubled volume 2's sales. Sket made similar gains between 5 and 6. Shueisha won't cut either any time soon. Neuro and Asklepios remain in the most danger, I haven't read the new chapter yet but ES21 ending in March seems feasible.

Anyone know when exactly DGM is coming back to WSJ? It's been way too long since the last chapter.

I'm happy about Sket's rise up the TOC, though I'm quite surprised about the drop down as well, I have a feeling the current arc finished, like what fxu said.

Nothing. Not a word, sadly. If what is being said in the DGM forum is to be believed Hoshino - sensei is recovering from major surgery.

Hmm, that sucks then, I would hope it'll be back by February, March at the latest, if Hoshino is still recovering, if not recovered already.

That'd be less of 10 chapters. Even at the pace it's going at right now, it's still going to slow down and the last two matches should take at least 30 chapters put together, so I doubt it'd end before this fall in any case^^

which is probably why we have NISIOISIN writing the new one shot

As quickly as the first two ES21 matches in the World Cup have been, unfortunately we've still got Germany, who has been hyped a bit compared to the likes of Russia and Militaria. And then comes America...and considering that they're the big enemy of the arc, their match could unfortunately go on as long as Shinryuji or Ojo. The only way I could see ES21 move faster now is if the series really is in collapse...sure we're only in early World Cup setup with the rankings but once the games begin, the series does pick up a bit in position.

[xophy]"unfortunately"...? ¬¬[/xophy]
