I sensed Naruto might be ending in the foreseeable future.

This year has already been giving good opportunities for new series with so many old series ending or leaving (Neuro, Eyeshield 21, D. Gray-man, and To Love) and now Naruto will be leaving probably next year.

Now if some quality new series come in, They should be able to survive long enough to get a decent fan base what with some many current new series in danger of cancellation.

Sorry, that is not a new series. That is "Metalica Metalica" the final Golden Future Cup one shot. It will be in the upcoming issue. Don't expect raws, they haven't been posted for any of the Golden Cup one shots.

I guess we can see a major flow of new series flowing in soon, with the old series closing to an end.

If Komi comes back, that would be the best thing that ever happened to me since Double Arts came out
but his long absence is making me anxious. (he didn't produce any oneshot after Apple right?)

the rumour containing mago's cancellation is fake. And as u said its a rumour, it means no one can certainly tell u the truth until the official news comes out.

Mago is selling well volume by volume, just judge by urself n u will know its unlikey to get cancelled.

Didn't expect To-Love to end so suddenly... I hope Akaboshi is out of the bottom five considering that it has been getting a bit better (even though another new character was just introduced). I also hope Kagijin isn't doomed to fail. It's a pretty interesting series, and while the character drawings need some improvement, the colour spreads are beautiful!

At this point with D.Gray moving to JumpSQ and To-Love's shocking departure (which suddenly sounds more like Sawai "ending Chagecha on his own terms"), I think maybe we may have had it for endings for the moment unless something that is really bombing leaves now too. It's all in Jump's court but we've had enough movement (and the end of the Future Cup) to allow for two series easily now.

Oh...and while it's sort of obvious we're in the "finale arc" of Naruto, remember that just because it's a final arc doesn't mean it will end that soon. (example: Kinnikuman's final arc took three years to tell)

Looks like there are only two new series on this round, and Aimoto (author of Muddy) will be returning with complete newbie. Is that means is there only 2 outs?

If there are 2 outs on this round, it going to be either Medaka or Akaboshi. If there are three outs, both will get axed.

Wow, Psyren. I'm hoping it doesn't return to the days of bottom dwelling after that streak of pulling itself up.

Damn, Medaka really took a hit on that week.

Looks like we get 2 more series now. To Love Ru is gone but I'm wondering if anything else is going to end or not?

Interesting to see Aimoto back but who knows if this series will succeed considering how quickly Muddy bombed. But as I said before: with the one-shots done, D.Gray gone and To-Love's unexpected exit, two series for the moment is fine until we get to the start of the 2010 issues. (besides as I said before, with a new series in 41 and a new in 42, that frees 43 to be "the big one" for Naruto)

As I read on shot of Hokenshitsu no Shinigami, it was okay, I pretty liked it. But, I'm not sure this one shot can be successful when it gets serialized.

As for Lilienthal, I think it will be replace either Inumaru or Wajimania.

Not excited about this batch of new series. Another gag and a series based on a one shot I found rather mediocre. I'll probably read Aimoto's new series anyway, just in case.

There may not be any more cuts to make room for the new series. Aimoto is taking ToRa's place, the gag is taking the place of the golden cup one shots. If something else were going to end we probably would have found out today.

Wow so Kagijin took Wajima's place in the bottom...damn.

And now Medaka is below Akaboshi. Both could be going next cuts.
