Perhaps I should start reading Mago.

I don't know if this is the rigth place to ask but is TOC and jump related.
Was Hatsukoi limited axed or did it ended normaly? How were it's classifcations on TOC?

There is still controversy over Hatsukoi. Some say it was axed, others, myself included, believe it ended naturally. It may be that only the editors know. If I remember correctly the first half polled in the middle, the last half in the bottom five.

If you read the volume 4 extras where Kawashita talks about the series while explaining the background story for each character, you can clearly see it was axed. And you can also see her editor made her do a lot of changes in the story, for that matter.

Hmm, about the end of September, I'm guessing Naruto is not going to get the OP "10th treasures" treatment? I was looking forward to seeing other mangakas drawings of Naruto. :/

It would be a shame if Naruto didn't get to celebrate it like One Piece did, it's always fun to see anniversary's spent like that.

It would kind of say something if Naruto wasn't able to command that kind of respect from its peers when One Piece did despite it being #2 for years now.

If Naruto doesn't get that same treatment I'll just take that as the gap between itself and One Piece among the Jump mangaka.

about Naruto #1 and OP 2nd,
well, Naruto has been pretty good these days, and even though i'm quite anti-Naruto, i liked some of the recent chapters. although i don't think they are no where as good as OP's current arc.

i'm guessing the reason lies on Sasuke and Gaara..... its sad how a series seems to get better ranking when the main character is NOT present. :P

by the way what exactly happened did on OP's 10th anniversary? i forgot. was there a massive color?

Other way around. I'm saying One Piece being number one overall and the fact it apparently has the respect of most WSJ mangaka is part of the gap between it and Naruto even though Naruto is number 2.

Huh? Naruto was getting ranked 1 a few times during Naruto vs Pain.

More than a few times, I think. Naruto has spent as much time at number one this year as One Piece.

Naruto is number 1 in the TOC this week. This week it is Jump's number 1 series. That's all everyone is saying.

This weeks issue includes a Reborn poster and announcement for the art book.
