I think so, I mean that's the only logical explanation when you know that the volumes will pretty much have a similar release date in France and this has been planned to be released that way for 5-10 weeks already in France. So logical explanation is either that chapters were done in advance up to a certain point and the artist continued to draw even on weeks he wasn't published in the magazine and second that the volumes will most likely have no modification compared to what was published in the magazine which could explain how translators are pretty much done with translating overseas.
