...Did not see that one coming from them. Nice to see Shueisha's been letting a few non-Viz companies license their stuff now.

Damn, that's no good for Full Drum, but decent enough for Lycanthrope if it can generate some interest. I can't remember how Bingo did in it's first week, but it was doing better in the ToC at this point then Full Drum.

Bungo does way better than Full Drum, it's usually in the 30's in it's first day of sales, it doesn't do good enough to rank of Oricon top 50 but it does well enough to not get axed

I don't have the data in front of me, but from what I recall, Bungo has been growing at reasonable pace. Or just good enough for my consistently damaged heart....

Seems like OPMs Murata drew some Lycanthrope characters for the volume 1 wraparound with a comment about it.

the new series is by Tsumugi Somei? and Tsukinami Shizuka? (All kanji and no furigana makes me a dull boy)

yeah, it's precisely as I expected, I have no clue who these people are

the other new series is by Gou Rikoshe, another noob, seems like they're following Jump's steps and pushing rookies

I read Lycanthrope's first chapter and liked it. Might even buy the first volume digitally once It comes out. Glad to see it's doing pretty well.

Kaguya 5 already got reprinted, up to 950,000 copies in print now. Should hit the big one million at the next reprint.

It's an okay ecchi harem action manga at best, there were some enjoyable parts during the beginning and during SoL parts, and the art is pretty neat.
The serious arcs were boring and stupid though, the main villain group is worse than Central in SnS and it doesn't help that the only characters I enjoyed seeing in the manga were the main girl and 2 others that didn't get much screentime.

(It's like a polar opposite to Tsugumomo from Monthly Action, that one has great serious action arcs and art, but has bad SoL/ecchi comedy chapters and insufferable characters)
