What are the main things for developing a successful company?

1) Organization
2) Advertising
3) Group meetings with employees to touch base with them
4) Quality of service
None of those are in particular order. I work in a family business and I'm about to start my own gaming company. Those are the four that I noticed need to be met in order to have a stable business.
