In chapter 340, it is shown that Netero left behind a DVD for the Zodiacs in the case that someone claiming to be his son appears. Just before we get to see the content of this DVD the chapter ends.
My question to you all is; what do you think is on Netero's DVD?
Knowing Togashi, it's physically impossible to predict the contents of that DVD. Well maybe not really; I really hope it turns out to be something so unexpected that it ends up mind fucking everyone. I wonder though, when exactly were these dvd's made? I think it'll give a clue to what the second dvd might have, but so far I got nothing particularly special other than the possibility of it having something to do with Jairo/Gyro =/

For some reason I think it relates to either Beyond Netero's legitmacy as the son of Isaac Netero or the truth about what happened 200 years ago that caused the V5 to make travel to the Outside a tabboo.
Netero is notorious for being a twisted individual who loves challenges. This is why he often enjoys giving Hunters he trusts impossible assignments that would take years to complete. The chairman election achievement difficulty was said to be "D", according to Netero. We all know how that turned out lol, it wasn't easy at all. Even Triple Star hunters like Cheadle could barely handle it.
This is indeed true, the "D" difficulty level could be appropriate compared to the next mission. Netero actually wasn't joking around this time, since the second DVD would reveal the "A" level mission. The purpose of the 2nd DVD is to assign strong hunters to challenge his son, so that he can grow stronger, or die trying. And this is set in a global scale where a mistake could trigger the collapse of the entire human world. As you may recall, Mizaistom said the following: "It is written on ancient artifacts and relics that every time humanity has ever tried to go there, a disaster was brought upon us."
Also, do know that Beyond Netero's character design might be based on the famous general Guan Yu.

There's also the blatantly obvious "X" mark on his face. Hunter X Hunter? Hello? It is likely that Beyond Netero will be the main instigator of the manga to turn hunters against each other, or just general warfare between V5 countries that plans to stop him from venturing to the outside world.

I knew Beyond was based on a Chinese's general design.But didn't really think that deep about it.
Anyway,this is a pretty good and interesting comparison.
I like to believe that the hunters are much smarter than to turn against each other.(But in recent arc,they weren't really that smart...)
For some reason, I believe the V5 won't just rely on the hunter association, they might even call on assassins or an army to take Beyond down.They will probably play dirty considering that if they fail,the whole of humanity will be in danger.
As for what is on the DVD , I think it is a close up view of Netero's nose hair just to troll the Zodiac 12.
Or on a more serious side, i think it is going to be a riddle that the Zodiac 12 have to figure out.
