One thing is obvious. Nanamine will be beaten. Sooner or later. By Ashirogi or by falling off the chairs and breaking his arms. By EIC or Team Fukuda. It doesn't matter. The thing is, what will happen "after Nanamine"?

Ohba will start introducing new and new antagonists. Ashirogi will fight them and win. Somewhere around their 55th year of serialazition of PCP which has broken the record of being the longest running manga in world history without getting an animation, Azuki will appear. Married. With 2 children. One of which is already studying at the university. Tearfull reunion. After Azuki leaves, Shuujin looks at Saikou and aks: "We've spent 40 years on this manga, but you didn't get married... PROFIT?!"
Saikou goes insane, shouting: "That's right. I am Kira. muhahaha" all over the place. Bakuman ends...

Option 2 - The "Serious-Option"
One way or another, Ashirogi beats Nanamine. As a result they finally found out how to write a anime-approved manga. After this point Bakuman has only around 5 more chapters to live. Ashirogi gets serialized. Their new manga gets an anime. AzukixSaikou get married. Happy End. Bakuman Ends.
Now there are two possibilites. Bakuman ends for real or Ohba pulls a Kubo and makes a timeskipwith Saikou losing his drawing abilities.

Option 3 - The "Awesome-Option"
Something hits Ohba and Obata on the head, and they become DN-before-timeskip-level. Ohba comes up with a way how to hype Nanamine up even more. Maybe someone who stands behind Namamine, something like the Final Boss. I wouldn't mind seeing some internal dispute between the editors. Maybe a Shueisha-editor-Coup d'état arc.
Final Boss arc. Things get even more serious. Obata pulls one over us, and comes back with his super mega drawings. Bakuman rises in ToC ratings, gets more and more CP/Lead Covers. Combined with Ohba's story, Bakuman makes a comeback and becomes another hit, surpassing DN volume sales.
This probably won't ever happen. But at least let me dream
