I'm living in Switzerland, in a town called Thun. here's a lake, which is surrounded by mountains. We've got a nice view from our balcony.

But in fact, my parents are both canadian, so I'm not swiss at all.. but I'm born here.

aaaaaaaaaaand I'm from india....um...it's this cool country.... I think....i mean..it kinda looks like a triangle and which has this special name called peninsula O_O.......it's real cool......but i live in Thailand.....O_O...right now...which is another cool country....a bit away from india...it's kinda north of malaysia.......and like...next to Vietname and kinda south to China...and it's kinda everything in one....which makes it fun XD

Boone County, West Virginia for me. The boonies, quite literally. The nearest Wal-Mart is 43 miles away and takes nearly an hour to get to it.

Nearest gas station is 20 minutes away. Almost as long for the post office.

Mountains surround me on three sides. The fourth side is half an hour of driving away. I must cross one of the two that have roads if I want to get to the nearest "big" town, which would be Madison and Danville to my West/Northwest and Charleston (Capitol) and Marmet to my North.

And mind you, "big" is relative: there are more people in Los Angeles than in the entire state of West Virginia.

LA's pop. circa 2006: 3,849,378
WV's pop. circa 2006: 1,818,470
Charleston pop. circa 2003: 51,394
Madison pop. circa 2000: 2,677

A neighboring town that includes my zip codes has a population of under 2000 folks. I'd imagine under a thousand where I'm at.

I'm from Colorado in the USA. I know enough about my state to know that it's name means "red color" in Spanish, but that's about it. While I lived at the base of the Rocky Mountains a little while ago in a small town, I now live in a suburb of Denver.
