MHA involves heroes and villains and in most stories since forever someone from the side of good goes Sasuke and someone from the side of evil gets a change of heart. What heroes might become villains and what villains might become heroes? If I never read MHA I would say Bakugo in a heartbeat but it's obvious he's not. I think Eraser Head can become a villain down the road, don't forget there's a mole within UA so it might be him leaking info. Who can become a hero my best guess would be Himiko. Just cause she's infatuated with Deku and she's around the same age as him so who knows, that's all it might take if you really love someone. Deku could get through her or if they have an intense battle something could happen where she can gets change of heart, you know like a Nagato type of thing.

Himiko is pure evil and lulz. Not having it.

I don't think we'll see someone big changing sides. If Bakugou does, it would be in a "I'm going bad to make Deku grow as a hero", almost an Itachi, lol. The mole is the only character that would be revealed to be playing for the bad guys, but it has to make sense when it's revealed. There should have been more clues, there are almost none now.

Dark Shadow/Tokoyami: Not joining the villains, but if he goes out of control again he could cause great damage and end up labeled as a villain.
Stain: He wouldn't become a hero, but he has the same enemy as them, Shigaraki. Stain could form a short time alliance with All Might/Deku to get Shigaraki, once he breaks out with the rest of Tartarus.

Tokoyami is a good choice just cause of Dark Shadow, completely forgot of his quirk almost possessing him in the summer training arc.

The mole obviously, who might be a teacher or a student(I think it's most likely a student from Class B).

Among the members of the Villain Alliance, I'd say Dabi because he seems more normal compared to the others. Stain might change if he ends up acknowledging the new generation(and along with him, Spinner, but not Toga :p), who will most likely be better than the previous one.

Dabi is unlikely for me. He killed a group of people with his fire quirk.
Maybe one of the general education kids could go evil because he couldn't join the hero classes or someone who was expelled by Aizawa.

A expelled kid coming back do haunt Aizawa could be interesting. But maybe they are easily accepted at other schools, just like expelled Tootsuki students in Shokugeki no Soma. Actually, someone like it could have been presented during the hero license arc.

There's this student Nejire Hadou mentioned, that caused a lot of trouble. It wasn't really clear if she was mentioning a dark time of Mirio's HS life or someone else...

All of them probably killed at least once. Excepted Spinner and Compress maybe.

It was not Mirio, she was talking about a student who gave up because he found he course too high. Basically she was saying Mirio to hold back enough so that he would not crush them physically and mentally.

I think it might have been Mustard.

@Demonspeed If it was Mustard then we would have known after that attack happened, IMO

Stain killed heroes on his purge as well and had a minor redeeming moment with Deku, I think Dabi, Spinner and Stain have the capacity to change to Anti-heroes, but not necessarily good guys and once society changes we dont know what will happen to their ideology, they were going on purges to people not fit for their villain/hero criteria, but if the villains start getting the upperhand they will have fewer and fewer heroes to pick as targets to their purges so it´very likely they could undergo some character development as society changes.

Possible, but not in your normal way.

Don't mistake insanity for being evil.

Now I don't know if Himiko would become a hero, but depending on how the story goes, she could end up working on the same side as Deku. If society collapses then only heroes would be able to uphold rule of law. In such a scenario where not everything would be black and white, somebody like Himiko could end up allying with Deku. If there was no police to fear she is the type likely to hang around her stalker crush. If he was really in trouble she would save him, but this wouldn't be because she was a hero, it would just be because she was emulating him and "becoming him". Something like this would only last until she decided she wanted to transform into him, but by then there might be a slim chance that Deku would be different and she wouldn't be able to go through with it. A character like Himiko though would probably get kicked by karma if regretted everything bad she had done.

Another possibility would be if she was caught and imprisoned. The way the police were talking about stepping things up is giving me "Suicide Squad" vibes.

I can definitely see this happening. I think she'll ally with Deku (and grudgingly with heroes) until she would feel like she either paid her debt back or whenever her reasoning for using Deku and heroes has been satisfied. So a temporary alliance basically. Like I said it would simply be off the strength of her infatuation of Deku that she'll aid him, she'll probably dip after and not stay with him (I would want that though :cheez), I don't think she'll turn truly truly good but she'll be good for a short time.

Out first intro to her was literally after a murder. And the Shiketsu girl she copied was probably killed as well. That's not just insanity...

I doubt she is the kind of person that would feel she owes a debt, but as shown with the villain alliance, she is actually a nice girl. Her being insane and a serial killer wouldn't change, but I don't see that stopping her from considering people in class A to be her friends.

I don't see why her infatuation would just dissipate. That isn't really how stalker crushes work. If anything if he managed to survive long enough and didn't die... if she never managed to figure out his motivation then he would be different from other people. He would become a constant in her life and not something that just disappeared once her crush reached it's peak.

What if she was just assisting Deku or Class A until her endgame goal has been reached? If she ever had a debt it would be something like Deku saves her life if she was about to get killed by say the villain alliance.

Naw I never said her love for him would dissipate, unless she truly becomes a good guy (mind you her personality would stay the same but she would be just good) I can't see her hanging with heroes for long after whatever reason she became good in the first place was fulfilled. Also her motivation is to be like Stain right?

No, she'd probably assists them because she considered them friends and because she could get an easy life by being under their protection.

Would she see that as a debt? Wouldn't that just make her blush and feel embarrassed? Also, you forget that Deku actually might have saved Himiko before. He did so when she was disguised as Uraraka. Himiko doesn't have normal reactions all the time. When she though she was going to be killed she didn't really show a real reaction, but when she was caught by the lacquered prison she looked really angry, like a scalded cat or something... and later was about to be caught by Torino she started whining like a little child. From this I can only imagine that her reaction would be similar and very childish.

A world in chaos wouldn't be fixed overnight. It could take years. But yes, Himiko would be Himiko... but even then, it all depends on exactly why she is the way she is. Who knows if her insanity could actually be treated however unlikely that sounds. It also depends on what direction the manga-ka decides to take the manga.

Also her motivation is to be like Stain right?
Naw, that was just because she believed he had an easy life. In the end, with Deku there she will aim to become like him instead.
