So the exciting times are probably beginning. I'm giving this some thoughts and as it so happens, Minato and Naruto will obviously deal with the Juubi, along with Bee and the rest of the Alliance. The outcome of this is that Minato gives Naruto the other half of Kurama's chakra along with some insights to boost Naruto's ego/motive/will to fight and end the war. If Obito and Kakashi get back from the other dimension, Minato would be the key-point in converting him back to light side but with Minato's sacrifice, or neutralization since he's an Edo. At that point, Obito could switch sides which would be pretty cool, considering the pace he's going.
Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Sasuke and Orochimaru would deal with Madara. Considering Madara's current level, one would argue if even that arsenal of shinobi is enough to stop him. Naturally, Madara won't give a damn about anything else when Hashirama arrives so they will fight definitely. The outcome of this is that only Sasuke will somehow able to stand with all others neutralized or killed. Naruto will join him and they will kick his ass. Obito and Kakashi will either join them or be sacrifices.
Of course, I'm only presuming this would go this way. Feel free to add your versions.
