Why Buggy is the most dangerous of the Yonkou and fully deserves the title of Emperor? Let's go down the list

1. Powerful crew?
2. Lived through Marineford?
3. Escaped Impel Down?
4. Was the closest to killing Luffy?
5. Became a Shichibukai?
6. Part of the Pirate King crew?
7. Was asked by Whitebeard to be allies?
8. Tanked an attack from the most powerful swordsman in the world?

Buggy fulfills all the above while even Luffy still lacks (but will probably get) all the qualities above.

Law only fulfills 2, 5 and 6. Kid only fulfills 1. Blackbeard is the closest to Buggy's pedigree for forming fulfilling 1, 2, 3 and 5.
