Question Why didn't "Madara" use his MS when fighting Minato?

He obviously wanted to kill Minato, but why didn't he use his MS?

Is he incapable of using it now? Perhaps it'll become proof that he's not actually Madara? Maybe it has to do with his crazy body with seems to not actually bleed, thus no Uchiha blood? Discuss.
