One eyed king is not real, also has not been real for over 100 years and is only a title. The last one Eyed ghoul befote eto was over 100 years ago and was just a powerful one eyed ghoul who caused problems for ccg/v and eventually got the title as one Eyed king the more he proved his power to V/ccg

which is why eto held that title for a long time due to being the most powerful o.e.g and leading aogiri. That's why V told kuzen eto is not allowed to exist. Her very existence leads to a chance of another o.e.k rising to power taking down V and the birdcage being broken. She was never able to do either of these things which is why she refuses to take the title of one Eyed king.
The chapter where kaneki first got his memories back it was titled second king... implying that kaneki will become the second king (which would make since now that we know eto was never really king)
Eto never was the king, ccg and V just gave her that title due to her influence and what aogiri stood againgst. she said herself that she's done fighting V and she has done all she can do but there will be big changes coming soon. Clearly she's not just going to stop all her hard work that's she has done over the years she is obviously going to leave the job up to a suitable sucessor which is KANEKI. (This don't mean kaneki will lead aogiri but he would most likely lead a team of ghouls with morals of antieku and not aogiri.)
Arima is also clearly leaving the job of taking down the washuus to a sucessor (kaneki) as well.
Basically we can easily conclude that the o.e.k is a title given to which ever one Eyed ghoul who is currently the most powerful and leading a charge againgst V.
The second king is kaneki the revolution has already started with arimas death. Ghouls will flock to side by kaneki, he will have the love,fear, and admiration of the whole ghoul world. With Etos book out there is no better moment for a king to rise to power considering all the distrust surrounding the ccg and all the ghouls rights protesters coming about....
For those that say kaneki won't be mentally prepared to handle it are reaching because kaneki won't be mentally fucked by arimas death. That would destroy all the development he had during the fight and arima would have died for no reason if kaneki is just going to tuck his tail and run from something that only he is capable of destroying. after this arc the convo with hide and the battle with arima will be completely redundant if kaneki does not decide he wants to take down the corrupt organization known as ccg.

Don't you also find it funny how "nameless the king" and the revolution he is leading seems like something eto would like kaneki to go about doing? Banjo even was inspired as hell reading that book. The ghoul world wants bileygr the king to be real.
Bileygr the king- The story is a heroic drama, and centers around a one-eyed ghoul(kaneki) simply known as "Nameless". He is a noble protagonist(kaneki will most likely stick to the ways of antieku), and leads a rebellion to free ghouls from the oppression they have suffered. The villains of the story are a corrupt human organization(v/washuu/ccg) secretly cooperating with ghouls to control the world.
Isheda already told us what the future arcs are going to be about and who the one Eyed king will be. Who else is in a better situation than kaneki to become "nameless"?
This is besides the point but damn eto did a number know the ccg this arc and amon still have not made his move yet and it's guaranteed to get worse for the washuus after he comes into the picture with the knowledge he has now.
