Does this mean "Her equal"?

이건 어디로 보나 고급 마법 결계... / 이걸 무영창으로? 그것도 인간 이?
I'm completely lost with these 2.

I'm completely lost with these 2.

It would be helpful if someone would translate these sentences into english for me.

그녀와 동급...! means "Is on par with her" or "on her level"

이건 어디로 보나 고급 마법 결계
"This is a high-class magical barrier (insert 이건 어디로 보나 here)" [I would use "however you see it"]

이걸 무영창으로? 그것도 인간 이?
*무영창 = casting a spell without uttering the words to the spell
"A human casting a spell without saying the words?"
