With the release of ch1000, the 7th Popularity Poll has been announced. This time, it's a global effort; making it much easier for overseas readers to vote.

We've got 56 more votes left, so I gotta plot out my course. Might do character weeks. So this week would be Sanji, next week will be Robin, and the following will be Brook. Gotta figure out who I'll focus on after them.

I feel like outside of Japan, Luffy isn't that popular but the number of votes he receives usually creates a big enough gap for him to remain number one regardless of overseas participation.

It'll be interesting to see how it works out this year. Being able to vote everyday for nearly 2 months is sure going to create a different sorta ranking than we'd normally see. Just gotta remember to actually vote every day though :hmm

Damn Nami is in every top 3 worldwide, wouldn't be a shocker if she ended up coming in first place.
So far Nami, Usopp, Chopper, and Franky are the most popular since they are in the top 3 in 4/5 different places around the world.

This is the official poll from shonen jump? This is really cool. Would be interesting to know if the popularity rank would actually differ much in global scale

Being able to vote multiple times and having votes count differently is such a poor way to go about this. The most toxic fanbase are going to completely wreck this poll. Not everyone cares enough to cast a vote every other day lol

Don't worry even if the Sanji fanbase tried, there is not a lot of them out there in the world to change the outcome.

I mean, looking at the daily rankings from each area would tell you that. One of Brook, Nami or Chopper are on EVERY top 3 globally for today.

WOW out of the 8 regions in the poll Zoro has taken 1st place in 6 while Luffy has taken 1st place in 2.
Swordbois are out in full force but Im still mad Mihawk has not appeared in any of the top 3

hmmm it seems like until the poll closes it will be the same top 2 with Law and Sanji fighting for 3rd place every day, still shocking that Zoro has been in the lead for 2 days straight now.
