For some time now, ever since i read the last chapters of the fight between Sasuke and Itachi that i first questioned, "what the hell happened to Itachi's eyes and why do they no longer show the MS pattern ". To my dismay i never came up with a good plausible reason, therefor i forgot about it and moved on, however now its happening to Sasuke? Here is my is the short evolution of the Sharingan and why it makes me think WTF?
At first all nice and simple, the sharingan first has two "balls" that circumnavigate the circle that as we all know turned to three when Sasuke fought Naruto and the "Valley of the End" Shown as such
and the eventual upgrade to...
Simple enough, no weird stuff going on.
Now comes Itachi, where he shows his MS and its normal where the iris is red and i the pupil is black, yet in an evolved form. All cool for now.
Then all of the sudden at the end of the battle with Sasuke, something happens, and when he summons Susano'o, he now longer has his MS.
I only came up with three reasons i thought this could happen: 1) He can only perform Susano'o with his eyes that way 2) He has overused his eyes became partially blind, where he can only see chakra flow 3) It was a legit overdose use of the MS that in a short time would render him powerless and kill him, (as you saw when he collapsed in front of Sasuke)? Yes i know horrible guess's... got any better ones?
So now whats interesting with Sasuke is that after defeating Itachi he got the MS (which was not even through killing his friend but some one he hated, and i thought the prerequisite was killing his best friend???) in a very particular way. Contrary to ALLLLL other MS even the Eternal MS Sasuke has the inverse version of the MS where the iris is black and the pupil is red.
The only reason i think this would have happened was when Itachi "transferred power" to this bro on his last seconds...???
So ok, thats kinda getting confusing but i can deal, but now this is where it gets weird, however a pattern emerges. Now when Sauske collapsed after using Susano'o at its true final form (just like with Itachi where the final coat of armor appear) Sasukes MS or even normal Sharingan disappears when he goes head to head with Naruto.
As you can see in the latest chapter,Sasukes eyes are similar to how Itachi's was back then, the only difference being the the iris part is darker, with a even darker pupil, which is a completely new and clearly not his typical solid black eyes. However it is not clear what he can still do, and if I refer to Itachi's last fight, i assume he can still use Susano'o, but moreover what the hell does this all mean !!!
What do you guys think is the reason for this eye transformation ?
