Hmmm... A new group in the world of Bleach has arisen.

However, we don't have much idea of who or what they might be.

and that guy isn't a shinigami or hollow, so is Kubo trying to introduce a new type of characters? This kinda reminds me of the Bounce filler as boring as it is they do have similar characters. It seems that Ginjou Kuugo is the leader of this organization, probably forcing Ichigo to comply with him to listen to him by killing off his fellow friends (great idea mind you).
So, this is shaping up to be some mini-arc where ichigo fights off bad guys to regain his shinigami powers (maybe they return as soon as you wish for them back), as he wishes to protect his friends. Obviously, ginjou wants this to happen for whatever reason. Also, an insight to Isshin's past as Ichigo will have to comply with ginjou to stop his friends from getting hurt.
