You almost, IMO, have to outright ignore the noncommittal comments and focus only on what he says explicitly as fact, while the rest is merely hints that has some truth to it but who knows, right?
Cold, hard, confirmed facts + the story itself is what is reliable. The him hawing he does in the blogs is mostly noise and I think he doesn't want to isolate or polarize fandom by saying 'so-and-so is stronger' and he clearly likes to play games keeping the audience in suspense. With no end in sight half the time...
The only thing he 100% commits to here is that, strength-wise EVK and Yama TOGETHER are stronger than Khell. That's it. So the rest is speculation.
I'd take anything Khell claims with a grain of salt because he has one of the worst track-records in the tower, particularly since he can 'see fate' (poorly, it seems).
Going on pure speculation:
Fully released Khell and ancient > Fully released EVK and ancient > Fully transformed Yama > Khell with half ancient > EVK with half ancient > base EVK no ancient > Base Khell no ancient > Base Yama
