Personally I think both of these characters are pretty powerful but also get get underestimated in the fandom.

Yamato has stronger haki and advanced coc, and they’d be likely not get turned to stone so this is a bad match up for Hancock, when she’s out haki, and her hax doesn’t work she always loses

Boa wins.

Luffy is the only asexual revealed in One Piece so far. EVERYONE finds Boa Hancock attractive, & that’s all it takes to get Mero Mero’d.

As for physical stats/feats etc; I have Yamato edging out Boa, but it’s not enough to say she can dominate Boa to where here DF haxx doesn’t come into play.

Boa’s DF powers will petrify Yamato whether it’s a Beam *Very likely to happen*; Or simply through physical exchange of blows, doesn’t matter is Yamato is blocking, she’s gonna get petrified.
