Well, if you've finished school/coll and you're looking for a job or working already you have to get a feeling for what they're saying and what is realizable and whats not. I think it'll be in your own interest, too, to have a politics you're pleased with, but that might be just me

Sharingan does need skill and intelligence. If you don't have intelligence, you can't do cool shit with Sharingan, and shit like that. Hard t take SHaringan further when you can't imagine how to. Obito could have been good at fighting, but was scared to fight in real missions. And if he was against someone like him, with Sharingan, but smarter, then he'd be owned.
