Indeed and I totally agree. I think 18 is a pretty fine age, many don't start drinking before that anyway, though many do start before that too, but I think it's a fine limit. In Norway we have 18 both for the drivers license and legal consumtion of alcohol. Though stronger types of alcohol is a 20 year limit on, basically everything over 20%. So From 18-20 you can basically only drink beer and wine. Glad I'm past that, I really prefer drinking stronger stuff that beer and wine, it's such boring tastes imo

Well you see, me and my friends were thinking of going to Miami this summer, two weeks, not to expensive. It would have been an insanely awesome trip. But it struck us, one of us aren't 21. Trip ruined
Ah I meant that many don't start drinking before 18 here. Though alot start at 17, fewer at 16 and some even earlier (puke fest?). It's kinda funny for you guys though. You are basically adults for 3 years without being allowed to drink a single drop of alcohol. And suddenly when you turn 21 you can drink 80%! I think a "step up" system like we do is better in a way. You can start earlier and advance two years later to stronger stuff. Though it's annoying as hell. Ah, lucky. T_T I wouldn't have gotten in trouble at college if legal age for alcohol was 18. T_T Beer and wine sucks IMO.
