Shounen Yotsuba&! by Azuma Kiyohiko

When I started this manga it was love at first read.
I almost immediately bought the 3 first volumes for my sister birthday (it's also a bit selfish since i want to read them after). She is teacher for 3 years old kids and always has funny stories to tell us. I wonder if she would like some Yotsuba childs in her class.

Already caught up with Yotsubato! and it was very enjoyable. The only bad thing is the fact that i would like that the author with all this mini-stories would develop a bit faster certain characters. I mean, i think that everyone of us, would like to know more about Yotsuba past, like for example where does she come from; who is her grandma; how did "Daddy" found her and so many other things.
But to anyone that might see this thread i highly recommend it and i can't really see any one that wouldn't like this manga

thank you for Yotsuba thread.. last year, i seen volume in bookshelf in Noble & Brane store .. i think this is stupid series ... but last month, i just give another try since i am tired of so many shounen book in my home ( i have almost 200 volume in variety series and i still piss of at Toyko closed down and Viz media cancel some of them ) anyway ..


i seen green hair with child carry sunflower in cover .. i just read chapter 1 in store .. i am laugh out in bookstore ... somebody told me Shhh! i can't stop giggle .. i can't believe fool to myself for discard series in last year ...good thing for second chance , i just recent buy 1-9 volume in one day (it is lot of cost but worth for true manga fan) my niece love this series because lot of humor and poor Yotuba get easily fool by simply thing...

i tired to look up at next volume 10 date release??? ... I still avoid recent chapter of Yotsuba ... for don't want spoil by it ..

One thing that this manga is good at is definitely the characters.
I mean i like every single of them, but if i had to say it would be for me "Daddy" or Fuuka.

yeah Daddy is funny, I also like meany Yanda.

Yanda is probably the best villain of all times.I always loved their fights,especially the one when they first met.
I still remember how she wanted to block his way

Yeah Yanda is definitely a very good villain and his "problems" with Yotsuba provide a lot of laughable moments
And this one isn't really a character but i gotta say that i also like a lot Danbo

Anyone read chapter 75 yet? More cute and funny camera shenanigans lol. Yotsuba never fails to brighten up my day. And only two more months until I can get my hands on volume 10! Can't wait.

i found last chapter a bit less fun than the previous ones but it's still worth the read.
Unfortunatly old volumes are being out of print in France, I hope they reprint it sometime soon

Actually, while I did enjoy this latest chapter as much as any, I didn't like that it ended with Yotsuba still sad. I really hope Deralumin gets fixed. I don't want to see Yotsuba stay upset.

I got a pleasant surprise in the mail today. Amazon sent me Yotsuba&! volume 10, ten days before the actually release date! This was such a great volume. It features such classics as Yotsuba & Electronics Store, Yotsuba & Lies and Yotsuba & The Reunion(with Danbo). Now for the year long wait for volume 11......

what! i am still waiting for Amazon sent to me ... it is suppose arrive in next week.. oh well .. i can wait for one more week .. i can't stop read 1-9 in once week ... it is make me to relax because that is little girl ...



it is supposed ten vol. but it sent to me .. vol.9 i am still piss off at Amazon make mistake and i got full refund ... next time, i don't trust Amazon Pre-order ... grr!!!

Yeah,I've always been waiting for a good Yotsuba anime,but I heard that producers said it would not work as an anime.
Looking at the comedy and the panelling,it do would be a challenge.However,I don't think it's impossible.
