Damn zellogan, you are good at his.
@The paintball one is fun. Reminds me of Pokkles rainbow arrows. Prank call slightly reminds what I were about to post.
Type: Manipulation
Name: Smile, you'r on candid camera!
Description: User has special sort of video camera. Without being noticed, one needs to film his target for minimum of a minute. Also requires separate shots from 3 angles, 3 picture sizes, 3 perspectives. One of the picture sizes needs to be close-up of face, focus on eyes. The filmed material will have to be clear, shot on FullHD. When the rules are met, the user can control the target using the cameras basic functions. You know play with time, stop, rewind, etc. You can also "burn" the target, you have "burned" images of the target (messed up flash, lightning, camera settings). Inbuilt a simple editor for more possibilities, like cropping, selecting and dragging object within picture (if it is something in the enviroment, you need to be at the place were the shooting happened). More material, more complex editing tools are avaible. However, you can only manipulate for as long as you have material of the target. FullHD 16Gb Memory stick, thats about max. 32 minutes. Also, the battery lasts about 2 hours.
Maybe bit too overkill with the editing software... I mean, crop someones head of... and press play... Well maybe that requires perfect quality shots full memory and is the final step of mastering the ability. Also though that could be done to unanimate objects. Which would be like controlling the objects time. Like rewinding back untill a ruin is fancy castle. But that is quite much too. Well, it is either the person control or objects time. Both would be just... too hax.
Edit: Aha! Several cameras. Small, light, hand came - less limits - less functions. Bigger, heavier professional camera - more limits - more functions. For different uses, with different effects. Can use only one camera per day, must rotate them equally. And obviously, more advanced editing, more exhausting it for the user.
