I haven't read so many mangas and far not all of them seem to be good enaugh to be put into top 10, so top 5 for now. I'll update when I'll read 5 more awesome mangas XD

Though I only read a few mangas only, here is my list..

1) Naruto ( The plot and the fighting scenes are terrific to me, though I feel that the artwork is only about average )
2) Ichigo 100% ( I like the romance parts, but not that satisfied with the unelaborated ending..)
3) Death Note ( Cool and considered a classic manga, but a little draggy towards the end.. )
4) Mo Di ( A Korean manga, not sure of its english name.. anyway it's about a death god.. ya..)

They only stop the animes because it takes a lot of money to make........ thats why lots of them continue on manga!!! thats the good part!!!XD
