The seed is only as powerful as what the person they target that they see as powerful. Zeref is crazy as he contradicts himself a lot. That was when he values life when he is nerfed, his base power scales to the Phoenix which can destroy the world.

BDSK cannot be overrated they were a failure. But Mashima pissed off Zeref making him lose to Natsu who is seemingly weaker than Gildarts Erza Laxus by his owns statements. But I still believe that FH Zeref solos BDSK regardless.

Yeah absolute failure even suzaku was a failure but regardless suzaku is the only saving grace the slayer knights have against anybody. I still think base zeref folds them quite easily

Like I said the only reason I think zeref wins is because...... that's how mashima wrote it. If we're going by feats suzaku slaps but this is fairy tail power scaling, not everything is straightforward

The strongest among them are only on the level of Gildarts, and even then, we don't know if we're talking about a 100% Gildarts.
Considering that August, who is weaker than Zeref, had no trouble defeating Gildarts and surpassed him in every way.

His power was not in control by Aldoron, and it was nerfed. It is still nerfed even then as Zeref said that is all his power can do at the time.
