And I agree with you, but you cant count it as a loss if the fight never concluded.Sanji's my boy, but nah. He may have had more fight in him, but Overheat at point blank range wouldn't have been good for anybody. Doffy had him dead to rights. Hell, while I'm at it, Luffy breaking out of Parasite is legit plot protection since, as recently as Luffy vs. Katakuri, Luffy still needed to blow into his arm to activate Gear 4, yet, somehow, he activates Gear 4 without doing that necessary step to escape Parasite.
Zoro would be helpless against Parasite unless, as MJ3 said, Zoro had an arm free and a sword in hand.
It was a grim outlook for Sanji, but can't be taken as a loss.

Doflamingo could just parasite all 6 of Zoro's arms plus head.Zoro can summon 4 hands more with Asura to cut the Parasite...
Sanji's only chance is perhaps Hell's Memories to burn the strings but..Oda didnt do it and his leg was in DJ so...
He has is Gorilla pump up thing... does he still use that? Not a G4 equivelent but possible

Would not he the first time someone in One Piece continued to fight with a critical injury.... Ussop, Zoro, Luffy, Jinbe... have all continue to fight after receiving critical injuries at different points in the manga.Lol sanji was immobilized by doffy strings
If he wasnt switched, sanji would just die.
But dont get me wrong, Sanji was in an impossible situation, it just was a non concluded fight
