Yep, he talking more about Luffy in that talk than wanting to take out someone himself and we see next page and panels Luffy is awake and started attacking, so you can't say that it was about Zoro as it more about he was concern on Luffy being alright to fight with Kaido.
We is a term to refer to more than one person and as others have pointed, Zoro is here having an inner dialogue( hence no speech bubbles) about the alliance's plans for Kaido as a whole and not just about him and Luffy.
The reason why I'm bringing up this specific panel is in response to your previous posts. It makes it difficult to have an ongoing discussion if one of your main talking points is baseless and incorrect. Your
previous posts claim that Zoro is talking to Luffy(who is unconscious until the following page), with now this one finally correcting yourself. Do you the problem?
Anyway yes, Zoro has a bone to pick with Orochi because of what he did to Yasuie but it's not the same as Luffy aiming for Kaido. For one, I don't think Zoro has made reference to Orochi again since one of his talks with Hiyori(I'll need to look this up); by that I just mean that he isn't the main threat, so Zoro would overlook him if he thought there were bigger fish, especially if said fish were swordsmen.
And just because I know you will also mention his name, why do you think Zoro will fight Kanjuro?
