The whole crew normally look at Luffy to beat the final boss, how is this even a debate?
Except when the final boss something that nobody can handle alone and Kaido is the mother of all individuals who cannot be taken down by 1 individual.
PX-4 was the same in pre-TS, the entire crew, literally has ganged up to take it down. The same happened with Zombie Oars.
We both read those, yes? So, why is it now suddenly out of question that Zoro is part of the Kaido fight?
The guy is loyal to a fault... I can't believe someone has to point that out about your favorite character.
His loyalty has nothing to do with the problem at hand - Kaido. Zoro and many more will take part in that fight.
We are literally talking the guy who is the strongest creature, whether it is sea, land or air.
Besides, look at this:
Sees Luffy flying away smacked by an Admiral and look what he says: Perfect!
He isnt asking Luffy to take part in that fight, he is letting him know that he is
taking over. With 2 exclamation marks.
Luffy has the honor of the MC which usually means the last hit but dont sleep on Zoro.
Even the last hit against Kaido is questionable here since there is another Emperor, the one that came after Luffy specifically.
@thedude Are you saying that he isnt trusting Luffy to deal with Fujitora or what?|
Moriah has self-defeated himself, Zoro's assistance wasnt required, he went down from 2-3 hits.
Zoro's help wasnt needed against Lucci and there was plenty of Marines to clear up and protect the crew and to not split up again.
Zoro's assistance is very much required against Kaido and it just happens so that he is the most effective combatant of them all.
